Chestertons Covent Garden have secured tenants for my flat. Mei Wang particularly has been professional, patient and responsive. Mei is not alone in the office Nancy Archer and the other team members have been very supportive. More recently Carlos has been an excellent selling agent together with the sales and rental teams at Covent Garden. Gregor, the key to a fantastic first rental experience with Chestertons

I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. He thoughtfully and skilfully balanced tenant and landlord needs to get to the best solution, adaptively navigating any unexpected solutions. I want to write about my wonderful experience with Niema.After 4 years of dealing with another agency, Niema from Chesterton took over the managing of our property and from the first phone call (I was already surprised she called) I was so impressed that I remember thanking her for being so professional and prompt in finding a solution to our situation.Quite honestly I had lost all my trust in Agencies after my previous experience but I am now really hopeful.Niema is proactive, professional, quick at problem solving and lovely to speak to. I bought a flat in Pimlico, negotiating a price very quickly with their help. The team were very professional, provided good advice, were responsive on the telephone and email, and allowed access on a number of occasions for measuring up, builders etc. They were always on time for appointments and most importantly were personable without any of the bs you sometimes get.

Mixed views around Chesterton Covent Garden. I think our agent Mimi did try her best but there were few misses from the agency which I think would have been better managed: carpet flooring was not clean so we had to bring another company to clean it, main door lock was not working properly so we had to replace it, mattress was not in there and we had to wait for 4 days before it came in, radiators when we came in were in a terrible condition and the agency is in the process of replacing, hot plate was not working and the agency is currently replacing. Kitchen is still quite rusty and not in a good condition but the agency is investigating. Few misses that could have been prevented before the tenant came into place. I would like still to thank Mimi who still tried her best despite all the issues.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mimi Pitman at Chestertons Covent Garden. I only had about a month to find my next flat, and I came across a beautiful and convenient two-bedroom place near Bedford Square, close to my university. I called Mimi just minutes before the offer was about to close, and she immediately stepped in to help. She guided me through every step, worked quickly with me to secure the flat, and later gave me a thorough introduction to all the details of the property. Since this was my first time going through the renting process on my own, I really appreciated how friendly, warm, and responsive she was throughout. I’m super happy and satisfied with the outcome, and I truly felt taken care of. I would 100% recommend Chestertons Covent Garden and especially Mimi. I’ll definitely reach out to her again in the future if I need help finding another flat.

I rented a property through Chesterton's for two years and from the moment my partner and I moved into the property James Smith the Property Manager made the process and duration of our stay smooth sailing. I have rented my flat out with Chestertons/James Pendleton for a number of years. Their property manager Sam is outstanding and has made renting the flat out very straightforward. He is brilliant at managing problems or sorting things out if they go wrong at the property - always very quick to respond and works hard to ensure that I pay a reasonable but not extortionate amount for products and services if required.The wider lettings team are usually very responsive and quick to sort out marketing material, contracts etc when there is a change in tenants.
