GoogleHad an appointment with Rachel to view a flat. She turned up 20 min late. Didn't have my contact details. Came with the wrong keys. Her manager didn't answered the phone.....and no other colleagues were there to support.

GoogleOne of the best property agent I have met: Steven Gilbery. He helped me a lot landing on a beautiful flat in Hampstead, one of the most competitive area to secure a nice flat in London. He dealt with everything in a very professional way, from introducing available flats, showing around them, to persuading the landlord to get the best deal for the tenant: luckily me, in this case. He didn't forget to help with post-agreement things such as broadband and insurance. I am very glad that he helped my family a lot in our settling in London. Many thanks again to Steven.

Daniel looked after our particular letting and he was quite exeptional at his job. he was meticulous in his attention to detail, and went out of his way to help this rather aged and not very computer literate pair of landlords! GoogleI have recently been searching for a flat with Anscombe who I have found to be very fluid and professional in their pursuit in finding what I am looking for. Their staff conduct, especially that of Shirin Uma, has been refreshing. She has been in constant contact and showed me the type of flats that I initially sought to find. Her up to date correspondence, professionalism and overall rapport is rare to come across and a breathe of fresh air. I have complete confidence in her abilities and I'm more than happy to recommend to anyone looking to buy in nw3.

GoogleFinding somewhere to live can be a stresful time, so having an estate agent that is honest and sympathetic to your needs makes a big difference. In the end we unfortunately ended up renting our flat through a different agent, as they were the sole agent on the flat we liked the most. However Simon Jones worked tirelessly to find us suitable properties, always provided honest and friendly advice and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
