TrustpilotSuch a healthful team!
I have moved around London a fair few times in my 4 years here and I have to say without a doubt this reality team is the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of being in contact with! Me and my flatmate had rachel in charge of our property search and she was extremely on top of everything, always contacted us if we had any issues and was always available for help! The process of signing and referencing was super fast and easy to complete, and there was always help available!Honestly such a great experience with these guys! I was them all the best

TrustpilotAbove and Beyond Service
I would fully recommend finding a home through Affordable Realty. The process has been incredibly smooth, with Rachel accommodating all of our needs and ensuring that everything is done efficiently. She also ensured that we were always comfortable to ask questions and gave us any help needed, she really went above and beyond to ensure we got the flat we wanted. The rental market in London seems to be very hard, but Affordable Realty removed all stress for us and we could not be more grateful.

TrustpilotVery helpful
As a student from the U.S., I struggled with the process of finding a flat in London. Rachel did a great job in assisting me and my flatmate with the application process, immigration documentation, and other issues along the way. We were able to find a place within our budget, in our desired location, and amongst the difficulties associated with moving overseas. Very grateful for this agency!

TrustpilotScammed us and took our money.
Scammed us and took our money. Any agent who takes a security deposit will always be refundable until you don’t get the flat. They tell people your reference has failed and keep the money.

Dear Shimran, We are very surprised to read your review. You came to view with your boy friend one of our flats for rent - we tried to answer you all the questions you had and most importantly we have explained you in details the process incase you wanted to put in an offer. We had explained you that once your offer is accepted you will need to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent which will be deducted from the first month rent before you move in. Incase of you are misleading or lying to us with the information stated in your offer the holding deposit wont be refundable - Unfortunately it turned out that you did lie about your income and yet WE STILL TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK so we have asked you to provide a guarantor, you provided us a guarantor and unfortunately the guarantor then has failed the referencing process too since they could not provide their proof of income. Along the process you wore asked many times if you are understanding that you won’t get back the holding deposit if you lie and you confirmed to understand that.
