Professionalism and Excellent Custmer Service

Rachel was really helpful in guiding us through the process in order to rent a property. From showing me the place, explaining the financial requirements and costs to negotiating with the landlord and reviewing and amending the final tenancy agreement. Everything was done very quickly with a lot of professionalism and attention to detail as well as always being available to answer our questions. Excellent customer service! I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Affordable Realty when looking to rent property.

Fantastic Experience

Although flat hunting and moving can be a stressful experience, Rachel made everything feel positive and effortless. She was very helpful and responsive, always reachable via email, text and phone call. She made sure I had everything I needed for the signing of the tenancy and that I didn't miss any deadlines. Her professionalism and proactivity made the whole process a walk in the park. Best experience I've had in London!

One of the smoothest renting experience ever!

Rachel was unbelievably helpful and communicative throughout the entire renting process, going out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible for us. As I was moving down to London from Scotland, I was super grateful for the flexibility Affordable Realty offered us - an oasis of calm on the chaos that is moving! Highly recommend!

THANK YOU

We were looking for a home for our family. The advertisement for this house caught our attention, and we immediately asked if we could view it. About 15 minutes after our request, the estate agent contacted us. We arranged a time to view the house, and at 1.30 pm we arrived for the appointment and Rachel showed us around. She showed us around the house, showed us every room, and then explained the procedure to follow. We were really excited about both the house and the professionalism and seriousness of the estate agent. We are happy to have been assisted in the best possible way by this agency

10/10, Would Recommend

I moved to London from East Yorkshire during the pandemic, into a property being sold by Affordable Realty. The team were very friendly and very helpful, and the whole process could not have been smoother, especially given that the whole process was complete in under a week. Given the pitfalls that could have arisen by moving so quickly into a property that I had not physically seen, and given that Affordable Realty did not yet have a Trustpilot rating, I am very happy to leave the first review and say that Rachel and her team are worth your time, money, and trust.

Very Efficient Service

I'm duplicating my review on this site----Rachel was helpful, efficient and kept in contact with me through messaging, emails and phone calls, and answered any queries I had. It was less than two weeks from viewing the flat to moving in, which was required as I needed a flat that was immediately available. Although flat finding and moving is stressful, Rachel was professional and proactive during the process.

Brilliant!

Have had a great experience with both Dan and Rachel. Super quick responses, everything was sorted quickly and professionally. Dan was so helpful and communication was brilliant! Given it’s so hard to find a flat in London at the minute, we’re lucky to have had such a smooth experience thanks to these guys :)

I had a great experience with Affordable Realty while moving into my new flat. The apartment was left in very good confidions and even repainted before I moved in. Rachel is very helpful and friendly, I found it very easy to communicate with her via the company WhatsApp and emails always had a prompt response.

Affordable Realty has been amazing.

Affordable Realty has been amazing. They've done so much to support me through this process. Rachel is so lovely - from the moment I met her she was incredibly helpful, hands-on and the best communicator. The landlord moved the move-in date back by 2 weeks and Affordable Realty gave me 2 weeks of free rent as a gesture, from their own pocket, even though it wasn't their fault. These agents are not like other agents you come across when house-hunting. They advocate for the tenants and do everything they can to make it a smooth process. I'm really grateful I stumbled across them, and if you're in doubt, don't be. Meet Rachel and she will put your mind at ease!

Rachel has been so helpful right from the start of our renting process to the end. As we were first time renters in London we were nervous about getting all the correct details and information sorted, but Rachel has been unbelievable helpful and always replies to our questions and quires within an hour. I could not recommend Affordable Realty more!

Great experience with this agency

Great experience with this agency! They have a wide range of properties across London, and the name “Affordable Realty” really says it all. Rachel has guided us from the very beginning, from the first viewing and initial paperwork right through to handing over the keys to our new flat. She has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout.

Can't thank Affordable Realty enough for everything they did. They were extremely accommodating with potential viewing times and virtual face times to see the property. With a referencing process that proved more difficult than first expected, their help and guidance through the process was invaluable in helping us complete the process! Special thanks to Rachel who was always on hand to help when we needed her! Response times to queries are excellent and their support is always there when we need it! Thanks again.
