I would not have bought my house had it not been for the care, approachability and relatability of Tracy Sullivan who was brilliant. We had a couple of hiccups but she dealt with them so well, I wanted her to be there when I celebrated completion. Thanks Tracy for my lovely house - I’m so happy here.

We sold our property and purchased our new home through Peter Lanes. Tracy kept me updated regularly and was available during these strange times to oversee the progress of both of our property transactions. There were multiple delays with our purchase but Tracy continued to update and make whatever communication was necessary to help progress things. I would use PeterLanes again if Tracy was there as I found her very helpful throughout.

Paul was honest and trustworthy. Cath was hard working and responsive. My only criticism was their recommendation to use dezrezlegal who I found to be pretty incompetent.
I'm pleased that we were able to help you move but, equally, disappointed that you were not completely happy with everything. There does seem to be an issue with conveyancing nationally at the moment, but I have made your comments known.

Colin Turner and the rest of the team at Peter Lane did a great job selling my home last year (Sep-21). The photography and Rightmove listing was excellent, and attracted a large number of buyers within the first week of being advertised, one of which I accepted an offer on at the full asking price. After that I found Peter Lane to be very efficient, pro-active and quick to respond to any communication. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a review for Peter lane & sale progressor Gillian Johnson. This sales company are amazing. They were selling the house I was purchasing. They are all very friendly and helpfull. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to sell your property. I know I didn’t and only purchased but just from this experience and the constant contact I was kept in I would personally like to sell with Peter lane in the future. My experience was that it was a little difficult and stressful at times but that is just the process to moving. It wouldn’t have been as easy if it wasn’t for them and specially Gill Johnson whole was the sale progressor. She was very informed and kepted a close eye on each stage of moving. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We even formed a sort of friendship through the process. She took an interest in other things outside of moving and I really did feel that made it more comfortable for me to ask questions as I am selling and buying for the first time. Really recommend Peter lane. Great people and very persistent to get to the exchange. Thank you

We had an awful experience with your team at the kimbolton branch. I don’t think your staff are very honest and helpful at all. We struggled to get anyone to contact us about viewing the house. We finally met someone at the property who seemed to want to put us off the sale. We then tried to negotiate a price that the vendors were happy with. We very much feel like we were played by the agent. Unfortunately never got any direct or honest answers from the agent and for 3 months we didn’t know our position and felt messed around. We won’t be using viewing properties with you again and definitely won’t be selling a property through you.
I am sorry that you feel you were not engaged correctly in this instance and we will certainly take heed of your comments.I know the vendors tried their best to make your offer work, but it was just insufficient for them to be able to secure a property for themselves. As this was some months ago now, I hope you have now been able to find a suitable property and are happily moving forward.

A strange experience selling my property with Peter Lane. Despite a handful of viewings and a successful sale, feedback from viewings was poor unless an offer transpired and worse still, the office staff made a series of assumptions on an acceptable sales price without consulting me first, based on a previous offer.I’ve bought and sold ten properties in my life, this was easily the poorest experience. It took six months for PL to commission floor plans and put the property in their window and when this was done, I had an influx of viewers and it sold quickly. Meanwhile I watched viewers and sales come and go on weaker adjacent properties advertised elsewhere.I accepted an offer which a few days later was withdrawn. Peter Lane then advised the next party what I would accept. However, meanwhile, two adjacent properties had gone up for sale at a higher price, my property being the better quality and position; could have fetched a higher price.To summarise, timely feedback is the main issue. Making assumptions without consulting being the other.My property was a low priced holiday home. The whole experience made me feel cheap.Thanks Peter Lane for finding a buyer. However, as an agent, you have either got complacent or have lots to learn about customer service.

I really appreciate the level of communication and detailed information I've been provided at every stage of the process. In particular, Tracy Sullivan & Matt Ashman have been very responsive, clear & honest. Having been abroad throughout the whole process, I can attest to the relative ease with which the deal was concluded. Tracy has also been very supportive when liaising with the solicitor and the buyers to streamline communication back & forth and help push matters when things slowed down. All in all, I'm very pleased with Peter & Lane's service and would certainly attest to their professionalism and knowledgeability.

Peter Lane were involved in the sale and purchase for my parents move and also the purchase of my sister's house so, we were satisfied that Peter Lane were selling the house we wanted.They have always been accessible by phone and quick to respond by email. They have gently kept things moving along and checked that things are being done. I would recommend going with their partner solicitors as they have a relationship with the conveyancers and could keep up to date with exactly where the transaction was at.
