We recently purchased a property through Peter Lane at Kimbolton in the run up to the stamp duty holiday. They have a wealth of experience and are very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Despite the pressure they were under they remained very responsive and liaised between seller and Solicitor to ensure all information was provided without delay ensuring the transaction was completed in record time and taking advantage of the Stamp Duty holiday. Would highly recommend.

Peter Lane were so helpful in helping us find our new home. We had one initial viewing, explained why we didn't like it and right away Cath took us to a different house that was exactly what we were looking for. They were also very helpful during the buying process, willing to come out with us and set up viewings with the developers so we could snag the property.

I could not have asked for a better person to act as an intermediary as she was attentive, quick and always available to assist in any way. She ensured the smoothest possible transaction and i only wish she was onboard for the sale of my property too. Will definately use Peter Lane if/when i sell in the future.

FacebookI would never recommend to go with peter lane! They are very unprofessional. When Colin came to value our house, he sat and told us that he wouldn’t know what to put it on for (not what you want to hear when you are expecting a valuation) and if we wanted to make the money we had in mind to put it on 15k over. Due to this we decided to go with another estate agent. When our house was finally on the market we got a very stuck up phone call from Colin himself. (Again very unprofessional, and tried to belittle us) Then due to circumstance we tried to part exchange our house. With Peter Lane valuing our house 65k less then when he see it 2 months ago!!! Tactical, conniving, and extremely unprofessional!!
