Pat, David and Rebekah were all very friendly and approachable and answered all my questions. They also listened to my frustrations with how long the process was taking and spent hours of their valuable time chasing solicitors on my behalf. Absolutely fantastic service from all the team at Abbotts. Pat was so friendly and up front about all the costs and explained everything to us so we knew the whole process :) Rebekah was so wonderful and helped us out so much through the process of selling and buying our forever home. All our questions and queries were answered quickly and efficiently and they were always so willing to help !! Totally recommend these guys to anyone buying and selling !!

Contacted them to request a viewing of a house they launched on Boxing Day, to be then told that it had sold almost 2 weeks ago. What is the point of launching it for sale 26th if that is the case? - Also still being advertised as for sale on Rightmove... poor agency manner and not sure how any of this benefits their seller.

OK so there's lots of agents out there but this agent went the extra mile for me during the ongoing dreadful times in the housing market while the Brexit fiasco continues. Despite not buying /selling a property through them, the amount of help and guidance they provided was immeasurable. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and go out of there way to provide an exemptible service, thus making a difficult moving situation a lot easier. I wished I had engaged them to sell my property, as opposed to the lack lustre agency I was contracted with. Highly recommend them.
