GoogleThe New rentals manager Teresa was rude and unhelpful. Simple questions unanswered, rude when speaking. Money for checking in and out is extortionate. Would never rent with Tyler's again so disappointed.

GoogleNo communication whatsoever, unfriendly and certainly not helpful. Been for a viewing, phoned to let them know we were interested in renting the property and two weeks later still no answer wether we got it or not. Even after numerous phone calls to Tyler's all they could say was 'we will let you know by the end of the day'. Guess what never heard anything. Worst letting agency I've come across so far.

GoogleI have used Tyler’s for a number of years now to manage a small property portfolio I have in the area. Even though there have been a few staff changes over the years I have always found them to be on the ball when it comes to resolving any issues and finding new tenants. I would recommend them if you are looking for a managed property service.

GoogleTrying to book a viewing through Tylers is a nightmare. I rang up on numerous occasions they lack communication and are very rude on the phone, they just book the viewings to suit them not me as a potential buyer. I would not recommend them at all, if they are disappointing when I'm trying to book a viewing they must be useless when selling.
