Hello Samuel Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re really pleased to hear that overall you had a positive experience and that Meave and Klaudia were able to support you so well throughout the process. It’s great to know their professionalism, responsiveness, and communication made a difference during what can be a stressful time. We’re sorry to hear there were some delays along the way, though we appreciate your understanding that these were outside of the team’s control. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Meave and Klaudia, they’ll really appreciate it. Kind regards SO Resi Sales Hub Team
