Although I was not thrilled for this to have to be done on a brand-new property, I cannot speak highly enough of Graham who as I said completed the job Promptly and cleaned up after himself. Just as I was about to submit, I noticed a comment that I agreed to your terms and conditions. I agree solely to this review of Graham‘s work. Wonderful after sales experience!

We had a wonderful after sales experience with Hill.Georgia, our customer relations coordinator, was extremely helpful and responsive. She made sure all our needs were met and played a crucial role in liaising with different people on the team, which definitely made the entire move-in experience a smooth and easy process. Bradley helped fix different minor flaws around our house and carried out handyman jobs (e.g. filling chips and repainting doors, mounting coat hooks, etc.) to make sure my home was in the best condition for my family and I to live in. His craftsmanship and attention detail was incredible.Overall, we had a wonderful after sales experience with Hill. Thank you to the team!

As a first time buyer we have had a couple of minor snags that Hill has been excellent about sorting out. Sarah Heather- the customer service coordinator in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive to my emails. She has always followed up after the works have taken place to make sure we are happy and everything is okay and kept up informed of any delays or upcoming appointments. I recently purchased a hill property in…

I recently purchased a hill property in January 2024 and I have since had a sewage smell coming from my bathroom (since I’ve moved in) the smell is worse when the weather is bad outside and circulates the entire flat at times. I have reported this so many times and it’s now March and nothing has been done. I have reported this via the housing ombudsman and made formal complaints with the housing association. One plumber came out a few days ago (finally) and stated it was too big of a job for him to do alone. Confirmed there was a draft through the flusher and that there is a smell coming from behind the unit which he couldn’t access. He then left and I heard nothing back. This company needs closing down, they are cowboy builders and if I knew what I knew now I’d have never purchased this property

He was kind, chatty and made me feel at ease, which is important to me as I have anxiety around people being in my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me the parts that he was changing in my door handles. He finished the work quickly, but it didn't feel that he was rushing the work.
