GoogleI called the lettings agency on behalf of my nephew who was based abroad. I was pleasantly surprised by the service offered by Jamie Canham who took time to listen and offer any advice needed. Jamie was courteous and knowledgeable. Next, I am keeping fingers crossed that the right property will coming along for my nephew and his family.

FacebookThe team at Cambridge Haart are very friendly but the lack of communication was very stressful. They also over estimated the price of our property by 25 thousand pounds and we ended up selling it for another 14 thousand less than asking price. I feel they could do a lot better for the price we paid them. We also accidently left some of our belongings at our old house and have asked for their help in returning them but so far we've had nothing. All they needed to do was ask the new owners if we could pop round and pick them up. Overall the customer service was good but the team needs training on communicating with each other and their clients better.

FacebookI was contacted by Juned Miah directly after his initial visit to the property, his enthusiasm and professional attitude I found filled me with confidence that this company could provide the type of service that required. Everything that was promised has been delivered including finding the property being advertised on the internet before the brochure is available. My association with the Cambridge regent street branch so far indicates that I will get a first class service and I would not hesitate recommending the Cambridge team to anyone.
