FacebookAbsolutely appalling "service". Don't just take my word for it. The Property Ombudsman awarded us over 50% more than the maximum amount usually awarded, the threshold only being exceeded in extraordinary circumstances. The Ombudsman found multiple failings by haart to meet the TPO Code of Practice and stated in particular in respect of the Cambridge branch: "In my view, Haart deliberately suggested that the Complainants lie about their position with regard to the sale of the Property, which could have delayed any subsequent sale/purchase for the Complainants and for the seller of their potential onward purchase. I consider that the actions of Haart were both inappropriate and lacked any form of integrity (Paragraph 1e of the TPO Code of Practice) and this caused the Complainants avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience when they were advised to be untruthful with regard to having accepted an offer." If you are selling a home, don't go anywhere near Cambridge haart!!
This matter has now been concluded through The Property Ombudsman and reached an agreeable conclusion for both parties. It would therefore be inappropriate for us to offer any further response.

FacebookThe team at Cambridge Haart are very friendly but the lack of communication was very stressful. They also over estimated the price of our property by 25 thousand pounds and we ended up selling it for another 14 thousand less than asking price. I feel they could do a lot better for the price we paid them. We also accidently left some of our belongings at our old house and have asked for their help in returning them but so far we've had nothing. All they needed to do was ask the new owners if we could pop round and pick them up. Overall the customer service was good but the team needs training on communicating with each other and their clients better.
