I have recently sold my property with G&T. Initially I was supported by Angel, but dealt mainly with Ellyn over the following months, who I must say has been incredible. This was a new experience for myself, I literally needed my hand held through the whole process! Not only was I helped to understand the processes going on, but also those that were imminent, therefore allowing me to make informed decisions. Ellyn made the process easy, whilst having clear knowledge and professionalism throughout. The one thing that was hugely important to me was communication, Ellyn made sure I never felt like I was in the dark, emails were answered instantaneously and despite how small or silly I felt all my little questions were, they were answered with clarity. I had a very good experience using Gray and Toynbee to sell my home. The process started with Harvey valuing my home, and was then taken over by Alice for the rest of the process. The photos were taken professionally, and I was given the opportunity to choose how they would be displayed in the pack for my home. The initial description of my home was lacking, but they were receptive to feedback and improved this in a short amount of time before marketing. I was lucky to receive an offer within 2 weeks of being on the market. Communication was always professional and fast - usually receiving a response same day, which became very helpful when my buyer’s solicitors were fairly poor at communicating. Alice was invaluable being the middle man to keep the ball rolling. Overall I would definitely recommend Gray and Toynbee.

Had hands down the best experience to date using Grey & Toynbee. Alice and the whole team were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We looked at several agencies, and not only were Grey & Toynbee very competitive on commission, but they also delivered the best overall customer experience. The photos of our property were excellent, and they were outstanding at hosting viewings for potential buyers. Within the first week, we had nearly 20 viewings, and the property was sold in under three weeks. My partner and I asked a lot from the team at different stages of the selling cycle, and they were consistently responsive and supportive. The property was marketed quickly and they listened to my feedback about how I wanted the advert. Fantastic letting agents, quick to respond to emails and deal with issues as quickly as they can. As a house we have put in multiple maintenance requests in over the course of our tenancy (fixing the boiler, installing an extract hood, a new bathroom extractor ect.) and Gray and Toynbee sorted all quickly and followed up to make sure works were completed to a high standard.
