I was impressed with the service we received from Seymours. This was tenant find, inventory, hand over etc. and rent handling. Having agreed a tenancy with one person that then went on to take up another one with a different property, they quickly found me a very suitable replacement tenant. When this tenant turned out to be unable to pass refernce checks in time Aaron and his team and other colleagues arranged a suitable deposit from the tenant at short notice which enabled them to move in. There were several members of the team that I was able to contact when others were on their day off or out and about. Looking forward to a good working relationship with Seymours

Exceptional Customer Service

To begin with, we were extremely sceptical regarding Estate Agents, due to a past terrible experience with another company. When we first met Mark, he was very professional and friendly, putting our minds at ease and actually said that he WOULD sell our property. We were still doubtful to begin with, but true to his word, Mark and his Team successfully sold our house. We cannot thank Mark and his team enough, for their professionalism, support and reassurance. There were a few problems along the way with other parties, however, we were kept informed of all developments and how the sale was proceeding.We fully recommend Seymours if you are thinking of selling your property. Having recently both sold and purchased through Seymours in Staines I would highly recommend them. Mark and his team were both personable and professional. They stayed on top of the whole process providing guidance and reassurance when necessary. One simple thing that made them stand out was that everyone in the office seemed to know who we were and who was looking after our case and someone would always call back. More often than not, however, they would proactively be calling us. Given the difficult climate, there were a few unexpected ‘bumps’ along the way but we feel that Seymours did an outstanding job in coordinating the process and chain.

Sold in a short time and was fairly painless

With their wealth of experience Seymour’s gave good advice and tried to make the whole process of selling our house as painless as possible over the shortest possible time. We read that on average it tasks 19 viewing before you might get an offer - in the space of about 2 weeks we had about 25 viewing before the offer that lead to sold stc. Which we were pleased with in the current housing market. Jeff and team were punctual and courteous and let us know if there were any changes to viewing. I guess I was expecting more feedback for each of the viewing but I understand that if people are not interested for whatever reason there is not much you can do about it - so just move on.

We felt very supported by the Seymours team throughout the whole process of buying our first house. They showed us multiple listings we’d seen online, but it was one of the agents, Anthony, who recommended us to look at a property we thought was out of reach, which ended up being the absolute perfect fit - we’re so pleased we took his advice and gave it a shot! Scam Letters

Keep getting fake letters through my door for the past 3 years saying Mr & Mrs M are looking to buy a house in the area with their 2 kids and are currently living with friends, the same letter for 3 years. They even sent the letter to us about 4 days after the house had finished being built and it continues all these years later. I called for the 4th time today and the Blackwater branch manager had the nerve to ask me why its an issue, he said that he gets pizza leaflets through the door so why should I care? Horrendous, scammers just desperate for business

Happy Buyers

Seymour’s have been outstanding in helping us secure an offer on our first home, we received a call from Seymour’s within 30 minutes of us sending in our enquiry through via Rightmove, a viewing was arranged for the next Tuesday. On the day of the viewing the agent was prompt and on time and it was clear that he knew the property as he was well informed and able to provide us with plenty of info as well as answer any questions we had. The experience was very pleasant and we loved the property. We called Sarah to put an offer in first thing in the morning. Sarah was always friendly, polite, professional and calm. She was so helpful and lovely, she really made the whole process much smoother as she took some time to get to know us and to understand why we loved the property. Our offer was accepted and Sarah broke the news to us and was equally as happy for us! Thank you to all the team for Making this happen!
