You are guaranteed to get ripped off with end of tenancy deductionsThey will charge fees at the end for cleaning even if you have had it cleaned yourself.They will tell you the property was professionally cleaned at the start. Do not accept this check go round yourself record evey mark/scratch/dirt/dust. Photograph it. Report it. Ask them to rectify it straight away.Totally unprofessional companyAvoid

GoogleTerrible communication with tenants. Not there for people, instead there to cover the own back full power. Tenants should check everything themselves, Romans won't go to them.

Wanted to move into 1 of their properties on the same site as we live now but they wanted to charge myself and partner a whopping £600 in fees!!!!! What an absolute joke. GoogleI sold a house through the Camberley branch and could not have asked for a better service from the first meeting with the Sean Egan, the residential manager, to completion. This is the second property I have sold through Romans and I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want to make something which is stressful un-stressful I suggest you call Romans.
