We wanted to rent house from Romans, we went through all checks and week before we needed to move out of previous property they said that the tenant doesn’t want to move out. They didn’t offer another option, they were rude and ignorant.This is the office in Tilehurst.I do not recommend.

GoogleStay away from this letting agent ! This is by far the worst letting agent I have anything to do with. They are dishonest, don’t respect you as a tenant and try and get you to pay extra cash - coming up with numerous imaginary reasons as to why ... don’t waste your time , money and energy with them !

Service depends on who you get. Overall, the consultants I came in touch with were friendly. However, most comms are dealt with via email and it was very hard to reach the right people for a quick phone conversation. I think service would be better improved if clients were able to actually speak to someone as sometimes emailing and awaiting a response can ruin a good relationship.
