Five stars, excellent service. We came to Romans needing a property ASAP as a previous rental agreement had fallen through and not only did they find us a lovely home within a week, they were informative and efficient the whole way through. Our estate agent Shevaughn was lovely, professional and made the whole moving process very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Dear Romans Another angry and unsatisfied Romans- Bracknell Tenant. Sadly the rate is the least provided. I would rate Romans 0. Why are tenants charged for things they have not damaged?? And How come Romans still get away?? Maybe someone brave enough has to commit suicide for this to change?? Being charged £155 for nails in the walls.??? Never put pictures up in a renting accommodation. Wouldn’t even know how to insert a pin. Was nearly charged for a missing freezer tray yet evidence was there in the inventory- no apologies nothing, Donna B- hope you get rich and this money changes your life- oh wait thus the money Romans refunded me when l moved in due to the incompetence of Danniella Rose- so basically Romans is claiming it back. Should have taken them to court for attempted manslaughter- maybe then they can make changes. Disappointed is the les l can say. Always draining Tenants. Renting private is not a choice. I bet the landlord is unaware of these charges and all going into the property manager’s tax free pocket. I have sent the current tenants both inventory’s hope they don’t get charged for the same things. Tenant helping another tenant. I’m sure they will find this useful. Donna enjoy my money worse that lm currently unemployed. I think this is why they use different clerks from check in and out. Careful Tenants if you have Jess M on your check. In it with Romans- she’s the weapon they use to retrieve the money. Most rude and disrespectful person. Not at all happy.

We are with Romans for 1.5 years, Wendy is our property manager .She is absolutely wonderful and always responded very quickly and kindly to our inquiries. Only a few times we had any issues and she always arranged excellent people to solve it. The only reason why we are moving out is that we are relocating. Thank you Wendy for all the support and we wish you all the best!!!.

Incredible staff

Incredible staff. My property manager Megan Setchell has always gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I might have and it’s brilliant to see this is not just specific to Megan as Chloe Chikaviro was fantastic when it came out to the checkout process. She has taken out all the stress with her efficiency. I’m gutted to be leaving Romans but unfortunately they don’t cover the area I’m moving to yet, one can only hope soon!I’d highly recommend renting through Romans and will always choose them where possible.

Amazing!! What an incredible service. I had had my mothers property on the market with another local firm and quite frankly was sick to the back teeth of computer generated emails and no action. On Tuesday of this week i asked Tom from Romans to come down,,,,,,,,,what a difference. Before i even got the paperwork signed off Tom called me having had a viewing and an offer was made at full asking price. You can't get better than that. A really personal service from a charming young man. If Carling made Estate agents this would be it!!!!!!!! Thank you Tom

The turnaround from viewing to moving into the property was seamless and so easy. Charlotte Wild was brilliant in facilitating the move and considering the time frame was 2 weeks she managed get help me get everything sorted in time. In addition my Move Manager Joanna Grounsell had a task chasing my previous landlady for a reference, however she dealt with it professionally and gracefully. Now I am moved in I have my own Property Manager Wendy Bennett who has been so helpful and very responsive. The whole team are a pleasure deal with and should make Roman's proud, I couldn't commend the branch more!

He made me feel at ease along with having full continence in him that he knew what he was talking about whilst having me, the client, in his best interest!!! I've been with Romans for 12 years and the team have looked after my property and tenants during this time with great care and consideration. I find the whole team a pleasure to work with and any issues are quickly resolved. We had an awful experience with Romans Clifton branch. We found the team to be pushy, at times rude and unorganised to the point of incompetence. There was a lack of wanting to carry out work they are paid for, to broken internal online systems, creating an extremely uncomfortable process for all, and then refusing to remove signage after completion. I could not recommend them to anyone. Names often quoted in reviews here and on Google provided a different experience to us. We were very surprised by the amount of positive reviews.
