Jigsaw Estates Camberley reviews

Friendly, Quality, Assured & Professional

We had looked at many properties to buy, with many agents and coming up against the same problems, just being shown properties that were not right for us, even though we had explained what were were looking for, or not caring with their attitude which was just about getting their commission, or by showing us properties that were outside our budget with no hope of being acquired within our budget, that was until we met Jigsaw, like lots of the other reviews say, they were extremely professional, they listened and made you feel important and they were genuinely interested in what you were looking for, unlike other agencies where it is just a list of questions they ask everyone, Jigsaw cared, and we at no point felt pressured by them, yet they remained calm and relaxed and more importantly kept us relaxed despite a few bumps along the way with our purchase, they kept us informed so at no point were we worried they were and remain in control and involved in our purchase. Plus they found us our dream home, so I cant rate or recommend them highly enough, if I ever need to buy or sell in their area I wont hesitate to use them.

A diamond in the rough

Estate agents tend to be full of relatively young individuals that are starting in a sales career. As pleasant as they may be, they don't really understand the intracicies of buying a house and are often fairly clueless. I have neither the time nor inclination to deal with people like that, who over-promise and under deliver and just spout things they don't really understand. It took two years to find the house we wanted and we didn't want to have a difficult experience selling ours The larger organisations are sales focused and built around targets. All the initial sales spiel is the same, and the focus is on them earning commission and generating as many deals as possible. The admin teams (lead generators) don't listen, are seemingly incapable of sending properties you are interested in, and the timeliness of responses is poor. As soon as you've signed, the service just degrades furtherThis is par for the course, and there are clearly issues with this approach. Over-valuing a house initially, not wanting to "upset" the client by telling them the house needs to be better presented for sale, and also not being particularly interested in pushing the sale along once the buyer has been found.... this all generates unnecessary emotional stressThe Jigsaw team are the complete opposite. From the outset, the expectations are set. I valued their honesty and approach. More importantly, the efforts the team went to during the process to expedite the transaction and responses to communications were well above and beyond anything I've experienced before, or anything I've heard my friends and colleagues mention, from estate agents. Jigsaw are as discerning with their own contacts - because as we all know, good people know good people. The lawyers we were recommended were excellent, and even a contact for a cleaning job was excellent. If you value customer service, want to sell your house at the right value and deal with a company that truly "has your back" then choose Jigsaw.

Jigsaw - Cannot recommend them highly enough. They rock!!!

I was in the market for a new home and was dreading having to deal with the world of estate agency. And then I came across the Jigsaw team.... They really do stand head and shoulders above the competition; they are genuine, honest and took an accurate and thorough brief and stuck to it. I was presented with some great homes to view and at no time did I feel pressured nor was my budget ignored (a big plus for me!). Their work ethos and approach is exceptional and I trust them implicitly. I asked a lot of awkward questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt my business was valued, they had my best interests at heart and they worked as a team which was refreshing in itself. My calls were always returned promptly and all queries dealt with professionally and with great humour. I cannot recommend the Jigsaw team highly enough. Some (many) other agencies I have dealt with could learn so much from their approach but, in my opinion, Jigsaw stand out by a country mile. Thanks especially to Chris and Jon for their patience and perseverance which is very much appreciated.

Friendly, Approachable Knowledgeable.

We have recently exchanged on a property marketed by Jigsaw Estates. From the initial viewing right through to the exchange of contracts we found them honest, knowledgeable and available whenever needed.Being a little bit wary of the process Jigsaw have made it uncomplicated and as easy as these things are ever going to be. We would happily use their services again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a personal, approachable service.Stuart (and Nicola) Levett.

Excellent estate agents. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Jigsaw! The team was very knowledgeable, responsive and did a excellent job representing us. We had originally gone with a different estate agent, and I regret not going with Jigsaw from the beginning. Because they’re a small team, you’re not passed around from agent to agent, and I trusted them completely. I definitely recommend Jigsaw!
