We can’t thank Richard at jigsaw enough. From start to finish he has been so helpful, clear and honest. He took control of everything and sold our house for over the asking price and then helped us and gave advice on houses we were looking at. Great communication throughout. I can’t recommend him/ jigsaw enough!!!

David was a great estate agent to communicate with for our purchase, he could always be depended on to reply quickly, getting the right balance between phone and email, with useful information despite the stamp duty madness which clearly caused other agents serious bandwidth problems. Jigsaw Estates have recently handled the sale of my property and honestly I cannot praise them highly enough. As a first time seller I had no idea on the process but from start to finish they have been supportive, professional and just exceptional at their jobs. From the first valuation it was clear that they had fantastic local knowledge and they were happy to sit and speak with me (in person!) about their valuation and why they came to that figure. Once we had sold the after sales care has been brilliant. Trying to relocate in the midst of Covid-19 has been far from easy and I have no doubt that the sole reason our sale has gone through is Chris Oakey. Through all the ups/downs and uncertainties he has been there with advice and just worked tirelessly to get to the point of exchange. Both David and Chris knew exactly how to handle the unusual circumstances and more than that they have just been really lovely and genuine guys.We cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done and I honestly believe they have set a very high benchmark for any other estate agents we use in the future in the south west.Thank you both. You’ve made my families dream move happen!!

I was very impressed by David's friendliness and honesty when we met to discuss selling my house. Having met some other agents, the difference in David's approach was noticeable.During the selling process (which happened during the ongoing difficult housing market times), David and his colleagues, Nina and Chris, were always honest, sympathetic, trustworthy and friendly. They understood the market, and once we had the pitched the house correctly, the viewings increased. I always was given immediate feedback, and it was always easy for me to approach the team if I had questions. I felt that they actually listened to me. This was evident when I was getting cold calls/leaflets from other agents who wanted my business, but weren't interested in what I had to say.Having agreed the sale, David played a key role in getting the sale through to completion. Being the one person who could speak to both myself and the buyers, he continuously pushed the buyers' solicitor to expedite the final sale.I have no hesitation in recommending Jigsaw to anyone looking to sell.

The staff at Jigsaw are the most professional agents we have ever dealt with We cannot rate them high enough. They gave excellent advice on the price positioning of our home in the marketplace. No matter who we spoke to all of the team were up to date with each enquiry. None of the frustrating "please call back and speak to" you get from some agencies. All of the team visited our home to acquaint themselves with it and indeed us. Even our purchasers commented on how good they are. They also kept us up to date with what was happening with the chain which is so important and kept us up to date with what was happening with the legal side. You could not ask for more from an estate agency

Jigsaw have been absolutely marvellous with assisting us. They were not our estate agent, but they ended up doing all the work for our chain. They were the ones doing all the chasing and I was always able to speak with them regarding updates for the whole chain. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone needing an estate agent. I wish we had used them ourselves

Extremely professional estate agent. Chris gave a realistic valuation of our property and explained their full package and on-line package options. We went for the on-line option as we were able to show viewers round and had sold within a week of marketing whereas other properties close by are still not sold.Although we chose the on-line option we were always able to talk to them and it was reassuring to know that they had a local office to call if needed..Highly recommended

We were looking to buy in Camberley and started our search in April 2023. From a buyer’s perspective, we could not recommend Jigsaw more. Even though they were the agents for the sellers, they did more for us buyers than our own agents at times - excellent chain management, communication and professionalism. Thanks to Jigsaw, we moved into our home in November 2023. If we ever decide to sell this home, we will only consider Jigsaw to be our agents. The Camberley market has been difficult to navigate, with some agents leaving much to be desired from a buyer’s perspective. After a few disappointing experiences with other agents, we were very fortunate that the house we chose was listed by Jigsaw.

I was recommend Jigsaw Estate agents by my brother who had previously purchased a house through them in Camberley. Up until then, I had given up hope because it was impossible to find a honest estate agent. However, in comes David Wanless at Jigsaw who was God sent. Honest and transparent from the beginning with incredibly communication throughout the process. He was very responsive and continually updated me. Best to say that when I come round to getting another property, I will definitely only be buying from David and Jigsaw.

Just purchased my house through Jigsaw. I could not have asked for a better service. David felt more like a friend than an agent. Any type of questions I had, David would always get back to me on the same day. I would honestly recommend using Jigsaw to buy or sell your property. I would also assume having them as your property management company would be a stress free experience. Not often do you get the owner of the company hands on in all aspects of a sale. Thanks guys!
