GoogleVery disappointed with the service, was given false expectations in relation to the date that we could move in causing me a lot of trouble, having to arrange a hotel to stay in. It was hard to get hold of the agent and the paperwork took ages to be ready, still not ready, and the referencing still hasn't been done.

FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.

FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!

FacebookThey misplaced the keys we returned and now almost 2 weeks and still no check out inventory done. The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back. Would not recommend

FacebookMy neighbour's four bedroom detached house has been listed by Chancellors as a three bedroom semi-detached house! The floor plan shows two bedrooms desinated as bedroom 3. And the number of bathrooms is wrong. They were told about this last Friday and nothing has been done about it. Hopeless.

Facebookavoid them!! two viewings arranged with them. one in Oxfordshire and one in Wiltshire, but agents did not show up at all. made us to drive 1:30 hours and realising the house is under offer since a month ago. would not be looking to buy a house if being advertised by them.

FacebookWe had the worst experience ever with bracknel branch chancellors . We finalised on a property to rent at royal winchester bracknel without even visiting , just agreed on it looking at the vedio of the flat. We went through the whole process of creating the rent passport , providing all that million documentation from our side which had a full details of us , then we had to provide a uk home owner as guarantor. We finally managed to get that as well , & then they started scrutinising the guarantor for all income details & everything. After a month of doing whole process they got back telling that guarantor details doesn’t pass the owner’s requirements & hence owner declined to rent the property to us , even though our details matched the criteria of tenant eligibility. Worst part was they took out card details telling that nothing will be deducted unless you move in , & when the whole process did not get through they have deducted close to 300 £ , without even informing us . When we try to get in touch , MS Danielle has conveniently ignored our constant calls & emails from 2 days . We have been in Uk for 4 years & right now we are in 4th house & this is the first worst experience we have had . Looks like the whole thing was a scam to take money out of us for nothing. Looks like a big scam agents these are trying to make money out of us by asking for unnecessary details & then rejecting the offer . I would never recommend & please be aware of these chancellors.

FacebookWhat is happening with Camberley branch??? Grabbed our holding deposit and it is impossible to get them to process the rental of the property? Not responding to emails, calls, excuses “working from home”. Up until grabbing the holding deposit the communication was fast and keen?? Shame for such an abysmal service!
