It was hard to get hold of the agent and the paperwork took ages to be ready, still not ready, and the referencing still hasn't been done.

The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy.
