Beckenham branch awful. Been waiting for call back since visit Tuesday. Asked for staff name 6 times. Never got it. Mark Director promised action. Nothing.Jason on chat unhelpful, sarcastic and rude? My custom worth at least £5K plus a purchase. Bizarre behaviour. Client relations apparently have no phone and hide behind email. What a horrible company.

As a first time buyer, and having been previously let down by another Estate Agents, I was very apprehensive about buying. However, once I met Thomas, this anxiety completely disappeared. He was extremely helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable on the local area, a great communicator and gave me great advice. Nothing was ever too big or small for Thomas and he always got back to me with the questions I had asked and explained everything in layman's terms - with a lot of patience for my questions too! At each stage, I really felt like he was with me with the excitement too. He has made my first time buying experience a brilliant one and I cannot thank him enough - I am forever grateful!

This company refused to rent me an apartment on the last day before I was supposed to move in.EVEN THOUGH I HAD PASSED THE TENANT REFERENCING THROUGH THE INDEPENDENT - BLINC UKI had to rearrange everything as I had nowhere else to stay.Try to avoid these guys.

Lied to us at the house about the bills and finishes, took our money and hounded us to move in (nearly £2000 a month, so not a cheap rental), zero customer service, no follow up with us in three months even though we're still having loads of issues with the place.

I am a small landlord and made the huge mistake of renting my houses through Winkworths and regretted it ever since. The current dispute I am having is over the deposit and who they represent. In practice, they seem to think it is the tenant.....

All of the Winkworth offices are independently owned and operated and therefore we would be grateful if you could indicate the location of the office you have been dealing with so the matter can be looked into. The Beckenham Junction office is very un-accommodating when trying to arrange a viewing. I tried to view a house for sale and it was so difficult to schedule a time. It’s only what’s convenient for them and a lot of ‘no we can’t , no we can’t’. They have a don’t care attitude and clearly not there to sell but to just occupy an office and do nothing all day.

I bought a property through the Winkwort team in Blackheath and throughout the whole process they were professional, knowledgable and extremely responsive. From the viewing, all the way through a particularly extended period of conveyancing, and up to completion, they provided a very high quality of service - especially the extremely patient and helpful Nicola in their sales progression team who was key in making communication between ourselves and the sellers run smoothly. Highly recommended.
