GoogleQuite simply, the Charles Faye team are easy to do business with. They sold our home (and came recommended to us from a friend who also had a great experience selling with them) and did a truly wonderful job representing our interests and managing our expectations. They weren’t afraid to get involved when the road ahead became a bit unclear in these uncertain times and helped lead and “keep the ship steady”. They persisted and got us across the finish line without any pain or frustration in their process. The team are super responsive, proactive, professional, very communicative and transparent. GoogleAbsolute waste of time. Had a viewing scheduled for one of the properties and I told the agent that it’s quite far away for me over 2.5 hour drive. First of all they didn’t bother send over the full address and on the day of the viewing when I was nearly there some rude woman called me to tell me that the viewing is cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment time !! No apology, no explanation, didn’t even try to arrange different time/date. All she said before slamming the phone was “I only just found out” as is this going to make the situation better. If this is how they treat their prospective customers imagine how will they treat you after you actually sign any contract with them. I’m key mouse company. Only good thing is that the properties they list do not seem to be exclusive to them. If you like one check if other agencies also have them and go anywhere else but those jokers.
