GoogleAs a landlord operating in very difficult market conditions ,which are only set to become more challenging with the upcoming Renters Reform Bill, I was struggling to find an agency I trusted to manage my property to a truly professional standard. I had previously been with a property agent in Chippenham who, to be frank, had allowed their standards to decline over the many years I was with them. After refurbishing the property, I decided it was time to find a new agent. My preference was for a local company that was friendly, professional, and used local tradespeople. That’s when I came across Charles Faye, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. The quality of their service, particularly in terms of professionalism, communication, and trust has been superb. They were welcoming and knowledgeable from the very first contact, and that level of professionalism has not diminished at any point over the past year that I have been working with them. As a multi-property landlord, I can confidently recommend Charles Faye as a property agent. I genuinely believe that without their excellent service and support, I would have sold the property. I would particular like to mention both Brenda and Louise who have both been fantastic to work with and I sincerely hope that this relationship will not change in the years to come.

GoogleI'd recommend Charles Faye to anyone and everyone. When you go in to the shop, everyone is always smiling. A very happy and cheery workforce and nothing is ever too much trouble. (Even locking myself out the house and having to borrow their spare to get back in 🫣🤭) I found a rental property that I really liked just on a whimp passing the shop one day back in November 2023. All the paperwork was sorted so so quickly. They worked around my dates and times the whole time without any issues or communication issues. Everything was so clear and easy to understand from the get go. I moved in on a date that I set. Was perfect right before Xmas to. 4 months happy and alot more to come. I cannot thank the team enough.

GoogleHighly recommended from a lettings experience. The ladies in the office were outstanding and very communicative. At all times during my tenancy I was always kept upto date with any repairs, concerns or viewings. If future circumstances dictated a need to move then I would check here first before anywhere else.

GoogleLouise Burrows and team, have without doubt, been streets ahead of any other Estate Agents we have ever dealt with. They have been incredibly helpful, realistic, courteous and professional throughout the entire process of our home sale and ongoing purchase of a new property with another agent. This has been all the more impressive given that our sales and purchase transaction have been over the Covid lockdown period which has required far more facilitation, negotiation, and good old fashioned diplomacy with agents, solicitors and developers than would normally be the case. I cannot rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend. GoogleI chose Charles Faye as the estate agent to sell the property as they came across as professional and approachable, but most of all they were straightforward and honest. Selling a property normally means going through ups and downs, but Emma and Louise and the helpful office staff made the whole thing relatively smooth and the sale went through without any major hiccups. Emma remained in regular contact throughout the process which meant everything went as efficiently as possible. I would recommend Charles Faye as reliable agency; they were a pleasure to deal with.
