GoogleVery disappointing was sold on no chain in actual fact a chain of 5
The sale was officially agreed on the 9th of June 2023 and completed on the 18th of August 2023 (around a year ago). It took just over 2 months from start to finish, which is faster than the majority of sales. Unfortunately, both buyers and sellers can change their commitment during a transaction which is out of our control. In the case of this sale it did not cause any delay. We can assure you that we gave it our best endeavours to complete the transaction as promptly as possible for all parties.

GoogleI am not easy to please, so for me to say the service offered by Peter, Steve, Austin and all of the team was FANTASTIC is praise indeed. I sold my previous property and purchased my new one with Butfield Breach and every step of the way for both processes was nudged along (when needed) in a gentle, kind and friendly way. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you do in life, so to have people who are not only excellent at what they do but are also so friendly and helpful is something to be very grateful for. I consider these wonderful people friends rather than just the best Estate Agents.

GoogleGreat service! We bought and sold through Butfield Breach very recently and they made a difficult process very easy. We worked mainly with Austin and Beth and they were great, keeping everyone in touch, working with the solicitors and being a stress ball when people pulled out or things didn’t go to plan. We really think things would’ve fallen apart if it hadn’t been for the efficiency and proactive response of the team at Butfield Breach and are really grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommended 10/10 - Thank you!

GoogleTried to ring through to arrange a viewing for a house we had seen listed by them. Two days in a row we were met with absolutely no Hello and instead an incredibly rude and abrupt “We are busy. Give us your number and we will ring you back”. Have not received any contact from them. Not impressed in the slightest.

GoogleCan’t fault the service provided by the team! Very friendly and helpful, always encouraging and helped keep my spirits up when things didn’t go according to plan. Buying and selling houses is a stressful and complex business, but they recommended a fantastic solicitor, and between them worked together to ensure process went as smoothly as these things possibly can! Highly recommended!
