GoogleOur house sale was a very difficult process - after two other estate agents failed, Peter and the team managed to sell our property and were then pivotal in navigating through various difficulties and curveballs thrown at us by the rest of the team. They are friendly and professional and I could not recommend them more highly.

GoogleI recently used Butfield Breach to sell my property and also bought another property they were marketing . Throughout the process were very helpful and professional .As a seller I cannot fault their marketing approach , and as a buyer I am grateful to Peter for recommending a property that we had initially overlooked , but which on viewing met our needs perfectly resulting in our buying that property. GoogleFrom start to finish of selling my beloved long-time family home in Shelburne Rd, Calne, Mollie, Peter, Milan & the BB team were perfect at keeping me updated with viewings, feedbacks, conveyancer recommendation, EPC/floorplan survey recommendation & setting reasonable expectations in terms of market pricing and time-to-sell. The team are fully wired into the locality and by far the best experience I've had with motivated & proactive estate agents. Chapeau team BB & 100% certain i'll be engaging with you again when I move back to the area!

They then followed through on the sale and ensured that I was kept up to date with the entire process. As I was living away I was particularly grateful for that aspect. Their consumate professionalism, support, local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile helped greatly in the purchase and sale. Being locally based and having a team that didn't change much during the period we lived in Calne is a great advantage. They have a very team centric approach where Austin, Steve, Beth, Peter and others can cover when doing viewings etc. Buying and selling a house is never an enjoyable experience, however picking the right estate agent can make a big difference based on our experience. GoogleTerrible estate agents. Undervalued our home by 50k. Sold it for 54k more with a bigger proper agency. Our neighbour was messed about by them for over a year before selling via another agent for more money.

GoogleArrogant, annoying, dismissive agent, full of his own importance. I was close to throw him out of my house during a home visit. Do not waste your time with them.
We met this lady on Nov 10th to carry out a free market appraisal. A rainy Friday night at 5.30pm. At the end of the appraisal we were told that the want was for a free-market appraisal and that she always sells all her homes herself. The lady then asked us to come out again today. We responded after checking with our Director and asked if she was going to use an agent, as she usually self sells. She said she hadn't made her mind up about that and was getting five other agents out. With that answer we respectfully declined. We are more than happy to discuss this with the lady. We are surprised to hear this comment about our first meeting, as the lady has since requested that we come out and visit again.
