Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received. It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers. We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Once we accepted an offer Emmy took over our sale and she was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to offer us reassurance and advice. Emmy you really did help keep us sane. We can't thank you enough. 11 out if 10 would definitely recommend

We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. One of 3 estate agents to value my property, theirs was the highest valuation. With fees falling midway between the 3, I decided to go with R&D. Their photographer did a brilliant job showcasing my home, and my house was sold for full asking price within 3 weeks! Excellent estate agency - puts the other so-called ‘market leading’ local agents to shame with their low valuations - makes you wonder if some of them just want easy commission - definitely not so with Ryder & Dutton! Communicated progress reports regularly.
