Refused to return deposit after tenancy ended, eventually complying four months later after we enacted formal action. Ignored all our calls and emails, and during the little communication I could get with them I was treated with more rudeness and dishonesty than I have ever experienced. In particular Deposits Manager Paddy and Leanne consistently treated us with the utmost contempt. Probably some sort of illegal operations behind the scenes. Avoid!

As property Steward at Wellhouse Moravian Church I have recently engaged Bridgfords Letting Agents to rent out our property at Church. The young lady who is our contact is Jasmine Evans and she has been most helpful and efficient. He had researched the sold prices of properties as well as the asking prices of current houses for sale. Sarah at Bridgefords has been fantastic in helping us completely renovate and rent out our apartment, after a previous tenant/agency allowed it to fall into a terrible state. She organised and coordinated with multiple contractors and helped us negotiate competitive rates. It was a huge amount of work and as we live overseas we needed to rely on her completely, having built up a relationship of trust over a number of conversations. Sarah then managed the marketing of the flat and within a very short timeframe we now have a new tenant who has been fully vetted. Recently started renting through Bridgfords. Emily was my main contact. It was a pretty easy process of applying for the property and getting it. So far I'm quite happy with the experience and the place. Though I feel the only downside is I would have like to know about the damp issue before I got the keys and my viewing was online so it wasn't able to see the damp. But other than that. It's pretty a good experience.
