Being the first time we had sold a property, we had signed with another estate agent and had no action and only 2 viewings in the space of 12 weeks. We therefore signed with Minors and Brady and we’re extremely impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and communication. Once we had sold, Cassie in the after sales team was exceptional! She kept in contact all stages of the sale and made sure I was informed of everything. She was very friendly and professional at all times, and chased everything. Cassie made the whole process very easy and not stressful and is a genuine asset for the business. We had a really positive experience…

We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain. Absolutely incredible service and a credit to the business.

Nagilla was fantastic...

Throughout the process Minors & Brady have been professional, informative and extremely helpful. From arranging viewings to pushing for exchange. Most of our dealings were with Nagilla who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Everything was communicated to us as and when was necessary. Nagilla was always willing to help and was great at chasing up the rest of the chain for updates and answers to enquiries. Without her I don't think we would have exchanged when we did. This is now the second viewing with Emily and on both occasions they have been faultless. Emily is a credit to your company, she was able to answer all the questions we had at both properties. Sales Progression Team. I honestly can’t say how pleased I am with the level of service from the Sales progression team, in particular Nagilla Santos. I had a particularly difficult issue with the Help to Buy redemption, which turned into an utter nightmare. Nagilla and her team took the task on and stayed on hold with them for over 5 hrs and refused to stop without out getting an answer from them, which she finally did and made sure the sale went through on the completion date. I was kept updated daily and helped where I could but they really did do an amazing job and would absolutely recommend minors , just for the sales progression team.

Handled with great care and interest.

We moved in with Minors and Brady about a week ago. After some miscommunication with the landlord the move in was a little bumpy as the house wasn’t prepped for us to move into. However after making contact with our agent Samuel, he and his colleague Lauren have been nothing but helpful since. Immediately making himself available Samuel arranged for anything we needed to be taken care of, sending someone out to clear up left over belongings so we needn’t worry, arranging for cleaners to be sent out to sort issues raised. Constantly dealing with everything we had throw to him, Samuel has been brilliant, ensuring he’s constantly an approachable member of the team. Introducing us to his colleague and our property manager Lauren to ensure any further queries or help we needed was dealt with. I’d like to say both have been a credit to the company. Completion update; I completed on my purchase yesterday, and this was achieved very quickly, and could not have been done so without the amazing Lauren. Once the offer was accepted, Lauren made contact to introduce herself as the contact for the completion. I was kept informed throughout the process, and even when there were issues to resolve, Lauren was straight onto them. the whole process from offer to completion was managed professionally and personally. A special mention goes to James also who originally showed me the property, and as I understand it, battled with the doors to resolve the lock issues, so thanks James. Met with Maddy from the company who showed me 2 properties. Explained everything I needed to know, the good and the bad, and found her to be very articulate and professional. No hard sell, even though neither property fitted my needs, I would use this agency again.

I used Minors and Brady to sell my property and from start to finish they were fantastic, from the moment of getting my property valued to the pictures being taken to it being put on the market was no time at all. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pictures that were taken. When things started moving along we were then allocated Lauren Bettison from the Aftersales Team, which I am so grateful for. Lauren was incredible the whole way through. Anything we needed, any questions we had she was on it and so responsive. Her regular contact with us to check in and make sure we were okay and to keep us updated was amazing. It has been an extremely emotional 6 months and with the help from Lauren and her positivity, caring nature and fantastic work ethnic to get stuff done she has helped us to get through it. Although we are relieved to be in our new home, I will miss Lauren and mines regular phone calls and chats, and the lots of laughter that we had which kept me sane. Would recommend, especially Rosie!

I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances.The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.

Lacking Information & Knowledge

Terrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!
