Leanne and Adrian offer a very reliable professional service. They understand their clients needs actively matching them with prospective buyers/sellers. They are both very reassuring when problems and delays occur and you know they both go out of their way, ( including working out of office hours) to address and look at ways to solve any issues that may occur during the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend Leanne Kent.

Totally recommend both Leanne and Adrian for the professional, friendly service they provided to us whilst selling our home. From the initial valuation too completion, nothing was to much trouble for them both. Their appraisal and photography was exceptional, helping us market our house and all was handled so well. This continued during the whole process. Communication was excellent making it as stress free as possible even though we hit a few snags from another service provider Leanne helped us sort it all out even though this wasn't part of her role. Nothing seems to phase this team. We cannot recommend her enough and look forward to working with her with our next home. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent for our first house buy. Leanne really does go above and beyond, just felt super personable from start to finish. We had so many questions but it never felt like it was a bother to ask, she was very very friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend anyone to check out properties available with Leanne Kent, you’ll be well looked after.

I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone, and will definitely use their services if I ever move home again! Adrian and Leanne are both such lovely people and a pleasure to deal with - friendly, genuine, professional, prompt with communication and efficient. They offered a price that was very competitive and a flat fee with everything included. They took the time to ensure that my property was presented in the best way possible when staging photos and taking videos of the premises, hiring a professional photographer. My property sold surprisingly quickly, and I believe that was in no small part due to their efforts and determination.

Leanne was the estate agent for our first home and we were delighted with the level of service she provided. From the initial enquiry through to exchange and completion, Leanne made the entire process easier, going above and beyond numerous times to help get our purchase over the line -- even making up for the shortcomings of our solicitor. The level of communication was excellent as well, keeping us up to date every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Leanne Kent Property for selling your home. Leanne and Adrian are very helpful and friendly people who work considerably outside of typical estate agent hours to provide you with the best service possible. Leanne worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible price she could for my home and I felt very well informed throughout the whole process. My property sold within a week of marketing. I award 100%.

We're first time buyers & Leanne couldn't have been more helpful. Leanne provided us way more info about our property than the other "bigger name" estate agents. Couldn't be happier.
