We recently bought our new home with the help of Leanne, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in helping us make the process as smooth as possible. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, always quick to respond, always clear, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood every step. What really stood out was that Leanne didn’t disappear once the sale went through or after contracts were exchanged. She continued to be just as helpful and supportive, checking in, answering questions, and guiding us right through to completion and after. There was a huge lack of flexibility and a clear over-promising and under-delivering approach. As a buyer I wouldnt reccomend their properties.

Leanne and Adrian are absolute superstars. We have bought our new house through them and they also sold our existing property. Once we instructed Leanne we had an offer at the agreed price within a week and Adrian takes fantastic pictures which really helped market our property. Due to the length of chain we did have delays but Leanne was brilliant at putting pressure politely on solicitors further down the chain and getting things done. If you want a professional company to sell your property please do speak to Leanne and Adrian and ignore the larger chains as the service levels are not in the same league as our buyers will testify.
