A friend had recently put her property on the market with Leanne Kent and when we made the decision to sell our property we had previously rented out we did some research. It was obvious that in the area the property was in that Leanne Kent had more boards going up than other agents. We also saw these boards quickly moving from for sale to sold. The first time we met Leanne when she came to value the property we knew we would buy off her so other people would. We then met Adrian who took some amazing photos of the house and the same evening we went live on all the relevant platforms. There was a lot of interest in the property from the start, however Leanne and Adrian carefully vetted would be viewers to ensure everyone who came through the door were viable buyers. We sold within the first week. We were updated after every viewing. Communication was excellent at every stage. Unfortunately our first buyer had to walk away. There was no time to take the sold sign off the team sold the property for the 2nd time within 48hrs. We have been so impressed by the LKP team and will be selling our next property through them. As a Landlord making the decision to sell our property portfolio of 3 properties we first engaged with Leanne and Adrian 2 years ago. over the last 2 years they have sold all three properties. When engaging with the LKP team both buyers and sellers are buying into the people not just the estate agents. All three of our properties have been evaluated and marketed at the right audience. No shortage of qualified viewers and offers on all three within 2 weeks of listing. Our last property didnt even get to market before we had an acceptable offer. Leanne knows her buyers and sellers well on evaluation of our last property she was already looking through her database of buyers for the right match. Its not all about what goes on social media its the work that goes on behind the scenes. On our first house we had a chain collapse LKP had new viewers in there the next day and we didnt even have time to take the sold sign off as it was sold again. We can’t recommend Leanne Kent Property highly enough. What really stood out to us was how well Leanne understands the local market. Rather than relying on online valuation sites, she took the time to properly assess our property and carefully consider the right asking price. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Leanne and Adrian are absolute superstars. We have bought our new house through them and they also sold our existing property. Once we instructed Leanne we had an offer at the agreed price within a week and Adrian takes fantastic pictures which really helped market our property. Due to the length of chain we did have delays but Leanne was brilliant at putting pressure politely on solicitors further down the chain and getting things done. If you want a professional company to sell your property please do speak to Leanne and Adrian and ignore the larger chains as the service levels are not in the same league as our buyers will testify.
