Thank you for the feedback, as you are aware you were purchasing off our sellers, your buyer pulled out which meant the chain fell through. Following your above comment about us having poor communication, i note we made 29 phone calls to you and sent over 25 emails in the last 3 months with most replies to your emails being sent within an hour. When you advised us that your buyer had pulled out, we were also advised that you were going on holiday and that you were not allowing access to your estate agent to perform any viewings while you were away and also there would be a self isolation period when returning. Our client advised us to find a new buyer of which we did within days of it going back on the market, this meant you lost out on the property you wanted. You asked us to facilitate the sale of your searches to try and get some money back, we did this and asked the new buyer immediately, they refused as they wanted to do everything fresh with their own solicitors. You took this badly and blamed ourselves which is possibly the reason for this review. As with every sale we act for our clients the seller and take instructions from them. We all wish you well and hope you find your forever home soon.

Michael We recently sold a home that you were the tenant in? Whatever your thoughts on the landlord of your property thats not our fault. I felt we got on well when i came and I sat down and talked to you i took my time, i offered advice and tried to help you. Poor reviews will harm small businesses like mine. I would love to understand why months after you left the property you would go out of your way to do this? Oliver
