Poor customer service

We had arranged a viewing for a property and we waited at the property no agent turned up. We called and they said the house was now under offer so all viewings were cancelled. They didn’t both to tell us. The person on the phone claimed they had called left a message and sent an email none lf which we received! They had our correct details as they read them back to me when I arranged the viewing! Poor customer service

My wife and I have purchased a property through Wright Marshall….they were brilliant very professional, cared about their work and the customers. Jordanna and Paula are the main 2 that dealt with us. They’re quick to get back and understood the stress of moving buying a place and were very helpful. We popped into the office all the staff are very welcoming, they’d smile, chat to us and easy to talk too. Couldn’t fault them in anyway 😃 would highly recommend anyone to go to them

Sadly I had a bad experience of being a landlord and letting my property with Wright Marshalls. Abby dealt with my property and at first everything was great. They were the best priced for the service offered in my opinion - I did shop about as I was a first time landlord. However that was where the good points stopped. They lied about the tenant having a pet/failed to tell me - the tenant told me they had informed the agent. Told me I was lucky my tenant had stayed for the whole contract and paid the rent as could have easily walked away and disappeared (my biggest fear as a first time landlord - really lovely to hear from an agent you have just paid approx £90 a month for the last 12 months to manage your property)!! Told me I had ''done well'' out of the tenant (I think they mean they paid their rent for the full contract - scary that they see that as a landlord 'doing well' and not the tenant just doing what they are contractually obligated to do)!! Made me feel like a bad person for not allowing the tenant to leave the contract early (approx 7 months early) and said they had never had a landlord refuse this before - I have a mortgage on the property so could not allow them to leave as I would then have to pay the mortgage on two properties which I could not afford to do! If you want an agent that massively favours the tenant then Wright Marhsalls is the one for you!NegativeProfessionalism

They couldn't have been more helpful in everyway..they have been efficient, friendly and extremely professional. Within hours of my property going on the market I've had numerous calls from both Paula and Nick with people wanting to view the property. Amazing Customer Service, we are moving into a new area, and we had viewings with most of the estate agents in the area, however Abbie from wright narshall was in a class of her own, friendly, informative used proper sales skills to actually find out what we wanted, and inform us or the local area etc, Abbie kept us in touch of new properties on the market and find us what we wanted, to be honest we wouldn’t of dealt with anyone else as she was so professional and really interested in what we wanted. Great customer service! Me and my friends spent all together 4 years renting one of the student properties. The people in the house were rotating quite a lot because of the placements and Wright Marshalls delt with it perfectly. They were always available and respond quickly everytime there was any problem or we needed a help. All of us were very happy with their service especially with Kris, she was always understanding, really helpful and flexible with our needs.
