GoogleNick and his team have been extremely helpful during these months. Buying our new home from London means we are able to travel to Buxton only when we can take some time off and Nick has been very accommodating for viewings etc. We are looking forward to our final move!

GoogleWe ve used Wright Marshall' s services for 4 years now. Every time we needed their services or a question answering they have been very quick in responding and professional dealing with any queries we had. One staff member in particular (Abby) has been looking after us the most. Even when we meet her out and about on her dinner break she s always very smiley, positive and friendly . Highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to buy /sell a property or rent one from them! Thanks guys !

We had arranged a viewing for a property and we waited at the property no agent turned up. We called and they said the house was now under offer so all viewings were cancelled. They didn’t both to tell us. The person on the phone claimed they had called left a message and sent an email none lf which we received! They had our correct details as they read them back to me when I arranged the viewing! Poor customer service

GoogleMy wife and I have purchased a property through Wright Marshall….they were brilliant very professional, cared about their work and the customers. Jordanna and Paula are the main 2 that dealt with us. They’re quick to get back and understood the stress of moving buying a place and were very helpful. We popped into the office all the staff are very welcoming, they’d smile, chat to us and easy to talk too. Couldn’t fault them in anyway 😃 would highly recommend anyone to go to them

GoogleSadly I had a bad experience of being a landlord and letting my property with Wright Marshalls. Abby dealt with my property and at first everything was great. They were the best priced for the service offered in my opinion - I did shop about as I was a first time landlord. However that was where the good points stopped. They lied about the tenant having a pet/failed to tell me - the tenant told me they had informed the agent. Told me I was lucky my tenant had stayed for the whole contract and paid the rent as could have easily walked away and disappeared (my biggest fear as a first time landlord - really lovely to hear from an agent you have just paid approx £90 a month for the last 12 months to manage your property)!! Told me I had ''done well'' out of the tenant (I think they mean they paid their rent for the full contract - scary that they see that as a landlord 'doing well' and not the tenant just doing what they are contractually obligated to do)!! Made me feel like a bad person for not allowing the tenant to leave the contract early (approx 7 months early) and said they had never had a landlord refuse this before - I have a mortgage on the property so could not allow them to leave as I would then have to pay the mortgage on two properties which I could not afford to do! If you want an agent that massively favours the tenant then Wright Marhsalls is the one for you!NegativeProfessionalism

They couldn't have been more helpful in everyway..they have been efficient, friendly and extremely professional. Within hours of my property going on the market I've had numerous calls from both Paula and Nick with people wanting to view the property.
