GoogleJo and Nicola couldn't have been more helpful! From my very first enquiry until now, they have gone above and beyond the service I have ever had in the past from any other Letting Agent! Helping make the move run as smoothly as possible. It also made a nice change to have everything fully explained from the get go, with the added bonus being their very reasonable fees. Other agents MASSIVELY over charge. If you want to pick the phone up and feel like someone truly cares about 'your home', I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

GoogleArranged a viewing appointment several days in advance. Took time off work to arrive on time. Rang Nicola 45 min before the viewing to let her know I was on my way, only to find out she had cancelled the viewing, without bothering to notify me. Highly unprofessional and disorganised - avoid this agency. It clearly shows they do not care about their customers.

When there were issues with the property just a few days before Christmas, everything got sorted out immediately.
