GoogleIt was an easy process compared to previous experience with other real estate agencies. Our real estate agent that help to show us the property was quite good and helpful to ensured that we were happy with everything and ask us our feed on what we think of the place.
It was great to finally help you all secure this property, you'd been patient in waiting for the perfect place and it paid off!

GoogleThe whole team at JW Lettings are fantastic. They respond quickly to phone calls and emails. They’re always respectful of my property when they do inspections and they’re very helpful. I have only ever rented through JW Lettings and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately this agency let me down and wouldn’t recommend it at all, details taken, house viewing gone so far so good, agent Jamie promised to call me on Friday with an update and get me to the property by the end of next week, never call even thou I left message on answering machine, on website working hours Saturday 9am-3:30pm, none answer, so I called on Monday morning just to find out that house gone to somebody else over the weekend !!! how come ??? I have no clue....it feels like this agency was taking me for a mug, lack of professionalism.

When we first spoke I had been clear that there was already another offer on the table which we were not certain whether it would proceed. The landlord decided to proceed with the first offer over the weekend and we received confirmation first thing on Monday morning. GoogleFW Lettings Block Management (part of John Whiteman & Co) are happy to take their management fee and when you need their help they avoid calls and shirk their responsibility. Dear Steven, As managing agents we maintain the shared common areas of the building on behalf of the Residents Management company. In certain situations such as your own, we need their instruction before we can proceed any further. Once we have this, we will be able to come back to you.

GoogleThey refuse to get involved with issues between residents but will happily send accusatory emails based on no evidence at all. Terrible issue with gardener leaf blowing (we are next to Bentley Priory Nature Reserve). They refuse to intervene but will happily get involved over trivial issues if the director tells her too. They aren't a member of ARMA. That's a red flag.
