We would firstly like to say thank you so much to Lily and the whole JW & Co team. My wife and I were looking for our first place and after dealing with multiple agents. we contacted JW & Co and were introduced to Lily. After discussing our interest in our chosen property, Lily spoke us through the whole process and what was required from us. Whilst we were going through the approval for our property and also through the offer stages, Lily was always there available via email or call (ofcourse if she was away on viewings, we would just leave a message or drop an email and were sure to receive a response on her return) Honestly, she made the process extremely simple and we ended up securing our deal faster than we expected. We are extremely happy with all the help and support from Lily, Aime, Angela, Cristen and the whole team. Althought our regular dealings were with Lily, I do have to also add that the whole team are extremely helpful, being our first place, we already had many questions and Aime helped on multiple occasions to ensure the process was running smoothly and questions were being answered. Prior to the place being approved Cristen gave us a tour of the property on a couple of occasions and even called ahead to find out our expected time of arrival so he could be there before we reached. Angela managed the contracts and documents and also assisted in responding quickly to emails and providing clear instructions of which documents to sign. along with this she ensured we had all the information at hand prior to us moving in. On Behalf of my wife and myself. We would highly recommend John Whiteman & Co Lettings and we hope that your experience with them is as smooth as ours.

I was totally blown away at the level of professionalism and support offered to me by JW Lettings and the team at Bushey. Jamie was amazing and will recommend JW lettings anytime anyday. I moved from the North East of England to London and this was my first time living in London and needed to move in within a week. So frustrating to try and have a conversation with. Contradicting messages between staff, quite often completely ignore my emails. Sent me a threat of legal action after ignoring my enquiry as to why I am being charged for a time before I bought the property. Rather than actually explaining this or even suggesting solutions they just ignore me and send demands. Horrible people. UPDATE: Their reply to this reiterates how bad they have been at communicating. I have explained on several occasions that the solicitor no longer exists but I still have had no acknowledgement of this from them, just the same line to contact a solicitors, that DOES NOT EXIST. No empathy or understanding of my situation.

I called this morning to get help with a water leak and cannot praise the service I received enough... The plumber was with me by 12pm and within less than 2 hours he found the leak, replaced the pipework, thus repairing the leak and left the place as he found it - you wouldn't even know he'd been here..!!
