TrustpilotAwful - renters avoid!
55 days since move-out and still no sign of deposit return. The Move Out department has now been ignoring my emails for nearly three weeks.

TrustpilotBrilliantly dealt with
I had a quick turn around between viewing the property, signing all documents and collecting the keys. The agent I dealt with, Lucy, was great and made sure every promise she gave was kept. Also, the welcome pack I received was a nice little touch and made me feel like a valued customer

TrustpilotFirst time landlord
Being a first time landlord was a very scary experience but Sonia and Lucy at ReedsRains had everything under control. Within the first week I had numerous viewings and after finding the right tenants for me, keep everything in place. Quick and easy from my end especially with these two in charge of everything.

TrustpilotAwful company
Awful company. Currently renting a property from them and all of the work that they assured us would be completed before we moved in has still not been done 3 months later. Unprofessional staff. Just awful.

TrustpilotThe housing market.
I enjoyed all the time and help from Reeds Rains staff in Rye in selling my house in Rye. Lovely people who gave me help and advice all the way through both selling and buying. They were very patient with me when occasionally I had a few problems in the process. I can recommend them to anyone in the housing market.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Nottingham - Good as always
Once again I have used Reeds Rains Nottingham to find a tenant. Lianna has been good as always, and the tenants are happy too

TrustpilotAbsolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. My tenancy ended over 6 months ago, the check out was absolutely fine but they are still refusing to return my £575 deposit, giving the excuse they can't get in touch with the old landlord. Absolutely would never rent with them again. The local branch (Bridlington) are absolutely useless in assisting with this.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Waterloovile. Tony
Reeds Rains Waterloovile.Tony Ravensdale one of the agents here. Happy to lie about everything to make his life as easy as possible, even to the point of steeling. Stay as far from this man as possible. He’ll act like he’s a friend but thinking in the back of his mind what profits he can personally steal. If your into maintenance or cleaning please you’ve been warned this man is a low life Theif.

TrustpilotHeald Green Branch
Reeds Rains have been representing me for over a year now and I have found them to be helpful and attentive. They keep me well informed about everything regarding my property and promptly sort out any issues that may arise. Whenever I've had to drop into the Office the staff are always friendly and efficient and I look forward to continuing this working relationship.I would have no hesitation in recommending them. TrustpilotPoor property management
Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.

TrustpilotThanks Tara (Catford branch, London)
Tara from the Catford branch (in SE London) was excellent selling our property - very knowledgeable about the local property market, quick, efficient and great communications all along the way, including some tricky negotiations. Plus a competative price - I would definintely reccommend her and Reeds Rains Catford.

TrustpilotCongratulations to Reeds Rains
All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Numerous viewings wre arranged and it was no reflection on any staff member that two (cash buyers) withdrew their offers. A new (cash buyer) was found and the sale process is progressing well.

TrustpilotVery helpful
Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
