Normie & Co are professionals who get the job done...... with a smile.Josh and Nicole have been absolutely amazing during the sale of our house and purchase of the new one.Being in a chain when buying a house is quite stressful, but with the calm, professional and responsive oversight by Josh and Nicole, it gave us an up-to-date insight into the progression of the sale/purchase.I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

Nicole (completions manager) was exemplary in giving advice, co-ordinating exchange and completion and ‘being there’ to answer questions and get us through it. GoogleGreat agent 👍 only reason for 4 stars, is that the website and social media is slow to show new listings. E.g. a property I was interested in recently had a sign up for three days before I could find it online. Other than that, I know normie to be an excellent agent! Several friend's and family have had outstanding experiences using them.

I was recently involved in a complex chain in which Normie were acting for our purchaser.Normie went over and above the call of duty in helping to push through the various sales and resolved many issues where other so-called advisers were seemingly disinterested. I was impressed by their patience, professionalism, and tenacity in getting the chain through the process - particular mention has to go to Josh who held the whole thing together.If you want an Estate Agent who is committed in getting things done I would strongly recommend Normie & Co.

Notmie & company. Great for selling your home, I phoned up and received the best customer service and listed my property within a week. Nigel who took care of my sale from start to finish did a great job. His photos are amazing, local knowledge is brilliant and I never went more than 30 minutes without a response back to any enquiries. Selling your home can be challenging but with the best estate agents around it’s a piece of cake. Thanks normie & company you did a great job!

We had two estate agents value the property and the difference in the valuations was a whopping £50,000! We were sceptical with the higher valuation but as we weren't in a rush to sell, we went with the upper valuation - it sold within a month! Not the easiest of sales to deal with as there were problems down the chain and it took another six months to complete, however, Lawrence of Normie & Co kept on the case, chased down the chain to keep things moving and kept us in the loop at all times. Very satisifed.

I would recommend them and I got a better price for the house due to their market knowledge and negotiation skills. Although it wouldn’t make a massive difference to their commission they advised me not to take a lower offer but wait for a fairer one which they quickly achieved. They told me they would follow the whole process from offer to completion to keep the chain together and reduce the risk of things falling through. They did this very thoroughly and gave me good advice on the negotiation process while keeping in contact with the other legal teams and agents. Sometimes early in the process they didn’t keep me informed which made me uneasy as I had no prior experience of them. I didn’t need to worry, they had it in hand, but better communication would have given me peace of mind in that regard. It’s a minor point and they were always responsive, reassuring and pleasant to deal with when I contacted them.

I requested that I needed the sale of my Flat to be fast due to buying to another property this happened with Lawrence and he was supportive and very understanding all way. Having been looking for the perfect home for over a year and having had dealings with several Manchester estate agents, I can confidently say that Normie & Co is by far the most professional, reputable and honest agent in the area. David Mintz in particular is impeccable in the way he conducts business. He is professional, diplomatic, honest, fair and an excellent negotiator. He understood our requirements and handled our sale with care, sensitivity and genuine interest. I would only recommend Normie & Co going forward and would trust them entirely.
