Natalie was very good dealing with our sale and great communication throughout. The downside is the after sales care -Had lots of problems with our new home but unfortunately Normies did not want to know and refused to deal with!!

I've just completed my purchase with Normie helped along at every stage by Nigel who couldn't have done more. When I initially spoke to him to talk through the type of property I was interested in, he promised me he would keep me in mind when something came up and he did just that! Although I am not looking to sell anytime soon I wouldn't hesitate in calling Nigel and would recommend him to friends and family, particularly in the Unsworth/Sunnybank area - there really is no one more knowledgeable.

We have been tenants with normie and co now for 8 years. We have recently moved address and had to deal with other agency’s normie is exceptional in how they deal with you. Any issues were dealt with most of the time the same day. Never to busy to have a chat and discuss what the issue is regardless of how many times you call. David and Diana are a credit to there Lettings department. I will miss having them on the other side of the phone. Thank you for the past 8 years

Not only selling my home extremely quickly but also during a pandemic. The main priority is keeping the household safe and happy ( member of my family vulnerable) I'm not going to lie, I'm a stress head 😉 but nothing was too much trouble. My dealings were with Josh and Natalie more than the rest of the team and deserve a special mention because without them by my side I think I may of backed out. ( like I say I'm a stress head ) I'm in our new home 🏡 now and I even got a call to congratulate us and wish us every happiness in our new home. Thank you Normie & Co. I had no plans to become a landlord, but I inherited a property, and had no way to manage it myself, as I was living abroad and travelling for work.Normie has provided me with turnkey service on this property, taking care of the tenant, maintenance and repairs, any and all paperwork, and have done a great job at handling a client who was in difficulty, to everyone's satisfaction. I have found them to be unwaveringly kind, thoughtful and competent, and great at keeping in touch, which is almost entirely by via email these days. I can't say that I love being a landlord, but Normie makes it painless.

We went to Normie & Co because they had dealt with a previous sale and purchase for us in the past. Nigel, who had been our contact previously, worked with us once again with the valuation and the sale. He is absolutely brilliant at his job and is so professional but very friendly at the same time. Our house sold on the first day of arranged viewings which was mainly due to his advice on how to make our house attractive, but real, to buyers. We are currently buying another property which was advertised with a different estate agent, and the difference in quality of service is already apparent. I have recently been liasing with Natalie at Normie & Co to sell my Apartment. I can’t lie it’s not been the easiest. And due to the recent pandemic things took a lot longer than expected for all involved. However I was constantly at ease with Natalie, she reassured me when things got frustrating. She went above and beyond any expectations I originally had. At times she felt more like a friend. And without a shadow of a doubt I consider myself lucky to have had her to turn too. Regardless of the sale outcome I will 100% come back to yourselves when the time arises.
