This is the 2nd time I have instructed Hydes to sell a property for me. Both times have been great, smooth running, efficient, super professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole team are great but most recently I was working with Anthony to sell a property, he was amazing. From start to finish he did everything that was asked of him, very professional, approachable, knowledgeable and ensured that I was kept in the loop. It’s been yet again another quick, smooth sale and cannot recommend Daniel and Anthony enough for all their help. 5* service. Will definitely be using in the future.

From my initial phone contact to completion of my house sale, I have nothing but praise for the professional and friendly service I received from Hyde Estate & Letting Agents. Antony Moore was responsible for the sale from start to finish. He was extremely helpful and provided good, sound advice. Antony contacted me on a weekly basis and also accepted calls from me whenever I had a question. He was reassuring and constantly supplied updates of where we were up to in the proceedings. Antony was a marvellous co-ordinator, keeping me, my solicitor, the buyer and his solicitor fully informed. Thanks to Anthony, what was a very emotional sale for me became all the more bearable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Antony and Hyde's if you are looking for a reputable, experienced and approachable estate agent. Thankyou.

I was not inform. when i contact support they said i am using additional services, i have a yearly contract etc..etc, I can not downgrade my services. p.s: I only use my private email address no other services.

An absolutely horrific experience with these people. I can’t do anything on my Google account because even with the past key in the password, it still says they can’t verify that it’s me. Google doesn’t provide an email or a phone number or a chat to try to fix it absolutely disgusting and horrific customer service and treatment of people. It’s really sad.

I don’t write many reviews anymore. But I find trustpilot much better. I had many reviews on Google most were good one! But maybe someone didn’t like the bad one so complained and then Google blocked my reviews . By doing so Google just shows poor management . So I don’t use Google reviews anymore! It was good for the local company's! But now when I see my old reviews on red the good and the bad I just take it off. Google need to know that some company’s deserve the bad reviews even the 90% of that are good one!

If I could leave a negative I would. I'm trying to start up a sports massage business working from home. It's a small business, not many clients, but I would like to be able to reply to the reviews I'm getting. So far I think I have submitted 5 videos of my location (small village, no street signs) my house (no big bloody business signs because it's my home) my massage room - with all my certificates, etc, etc... and it keeps getting rejected. I am beyond frustrated. What an absolutely ridiculous process. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Their advice is always spot on and this helps to evaluate situations which obviously arise in this line of business. I regard Hyde as my go to agent and will continue to use and be guided by them .

"account inconsistencies" preventing a Google Play gift card from being redeemed

I bought a Google Play gift card from the online store Eneba a few months back for $100 USD. When I went to redeem it I was met with a form for more details which I readily filled out with ALL the required details. Afterwards, I received an email saying I would not receive my money. In response, I contacted Google Support and after 2 more days received an email telling me I would not get my money due to inconsistencies with my account. I've looked at my account and found 1 inconsistency, that being the fact that my location was set to a fake address (because I literally entered the wrong address accidentally, mind you). After fixing this, I tried again. Twice. Both times, the form and support gave the same response (telling me I've lost my money and to contact Eneba who would respond to contact them).

MONOPOLY - BEWARE

Google make it impossible to delete all your google photo's, they drop things from their bundle's, so that you're just paying for crap, and you can't delete the services you no longer need. You have to keep paying for your email to work, even though there's not realistic way to delete all the photos. MONOPOLY - BEWARE

Google Nest Mini not fit for purpose

Bought Google Nest Mini. Is it extremely complicated and frustrating to get working necessitating downloading app and adding private and personal information. And then it won't stream BBC radio without cutting out after a few minutes. This a known problem/bug with no timescale for getting it resolved. I only wanted a neat way to play Radio in the kitchen. Seems I have wasted my money and time on a useless piece of technology. Avoid this product.

Was very worried reading some of the reviews! Had someone out to look at the house yesterday which we rent and although it was my partner who met them they were very polite and nice and she didnt feel the invaded feeling weve had with other agencies. Spoke to Daniel today who was lovely and im very happy to feel that we have an agency that actually wants to take care of us and the property aswell as the surrounding area! What ever you do, do not buy a Google Pixel 10 Pro

What ever you do, do not waste your money on a Google Pixel 10 Pro. It's a $1,000 piece of shit!!! The first only last for 3 days before it just completely stopped working. Now 3 months into disappointing performance, the phone freezes up, lagging issues and the finger print scan has stopped working properly as well. There are issues with the search results showing on the screen in a way that you can't even read it all. So in conclusion, A $1,000 PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!!!

Please read, as this is important if you are going to buy a Google Pixel phone. I bought a Google Pixel phone some years ago, it was the 7a, never had any problems with it, only about 2 years later the colour started to shade a bit, and the phone started to get a bit hot, but I sold it, and that was that. I decided to buy and treat myself to a Google 10(what ever you so DON't) This is the worst phone that I have ever bought in my life..Title: Dangerous device, appalling customer service...do NOT buy!

Omeara Villa Queenstown. We booked for five days two bedrooms,2 couples one couple arriving from Europe during ME crises. Unable to meet dates booked due to the crises requested a credit as we will travel on their arrival. Denied as non-refundable which we were aware of, but were looking for a little empathy as we advised 8 days before our arrival, got no hearing at all kept repeating nonrefundable which is not what we wanted as we were going to travel anyway. I was expecting a little thought as due the cancelation of flights from overseas got nothing even though they have had payment. Very disappointed with this company, taking money for nothing, when a credit would have done it.
