GoogleI have recently instructed Entwistle Green in Bury to let out and manage my property. Martin and Daniel have been amazing. They were very efficient, property was on the market same day pictures were taken, gas safety certificate and alarm installations were done immediately and the team kept me updated the whole time with how many viewings and feedback. They were also competitive with their management fee. I can’t be happier with service and highly recommend

GoogleI dealt with both sales and rentals great communications with both departments. Answered calls and emails and dealt with everything in a timely and professional way. Special shout outs to Sydney from rentals and Grace in Sales…. Oh best not forget their manager Martin great guy and they all work as a team should do. Great experience dealing with these guys. GoogleI don’t normally leave reviews but I feel this team need a special mention We have just bought a house for the first time through Entwistle green bury and we were expecting it to be a stressful process especially with it going over Christmas , WOW it was the complete opposite and it still has not sunk in how smoothly it has gone , It has been 7 weeks from viewing to exchange and staff their are lovely and efficient , I even managed to get a 3rd viewing on the same day I rang to measure as Demi freed up some room in her diary which was impressive We also used their in house solicitors countrywide and Morgage advisor and again they have just been impressive throughout so thank you again for making it such a smooth processPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWhen I enquired about a property that was advertised at £150000 I was not invited to discuss it I was greeted with "That property has gone up by £30000 (20%) do you still want to view it" When I replied not at that price the discussion was rapidly ended. There was no attempt to justify it or discuss it no questions whether I had a property for sale or would I like to look at other properties in the area. Very poor service.

GoogleJulie did an outstanding job at keeping us up to date on the progress of our sale. She chased others when needed for information and kept the sale on track. Not an easy task given the current environment. Their Rightmove information was professional, accurate and was of a far superior quality than others who just took some mobile phone snaps and posted. Their 360 view was great. I can highly recommend Entwistle Green and all of the Bury team. Thank you for a job well done.
