I had a really good experience with Entwistle Green in Bury from the start. I left a voice message and got a callback shortly after. Martin was great on the initial call, friendly and helpful. Harrison handled the viewing and everything after and was brilliant. The viewing was nice and relaxed, no pressure at all, and he kept me updated the whole way through. The process was smooth, well organised, and quicker than expected. Good communication throughout and everything felt easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend 👍

Excellent Estate Agency, would highly recommend. Sydney was very professional and answered all our questions and went further to make enquires on our behalf when she didn't have the answers to hand. Unlike our previous experience of the renting market, neither Sydney or Martin made us feel rushed or as though we where lucky to be in a position to rent or as though it was a take it or leave it situation. Everyone we have worked with have been lovely, laid back and knowledgeable and kept us updated along the whole process. If you ever need to sell your house - then make sure you use Entwistle Green. I did a lot of research into the best estate agent, met multiple agents when doing valuations - and Entwistle Green in Bury was by far the best. My house went up for sale and sold within the same week, which was down to their viewings, their photography, their online social presence and just the name, Entwistle Green! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Julie Winkler, a sales consultant and absolute rockstar. She kept in touch before the day even began most of the time to keep me updated, she went above and beyond with my questions and queries, and never once shown any sign of stress when I was constantly bothering her. I sent A LOT of emails, and phoned constantly - and Julie took it in her stride. It felt like I was just phoning a friend. Although Julie was my main point of contact, the whole team at Bury are exceptional, and I am so happy I put my trust in them. Best decision I've ever made.

I just wanted to leave a quick positive review for Sydney and Martin. Sydney has been great with information and general helpfulness regarding moving in and helping to make it swift and easy for all parties. Martin I only met through viewings the property but he was also great, made me feel at ease instantly with the viewing as well as just generally being so easy to deal with during the entire procedure. I was a little apprehensive as I moved into a property alone for the first time, but these two in particular have eased my concerns and made everything ten times easier than past letting agencies or landlords I've dealt with. I had a really bad experience with a previous letting agent I instructed, which left me extremely mistrustful. I was at my wits end when I decided to speak to Demi Carter about a reputable letting agent. She introduced me to Martin Gallagher who has been an absolute Godsend. He got me the best price for a builder and even though the works went over budget they were completed to a high standard and my property has now been rented. I also dealt with Sydney Starkey who has kept me up-to-date with my property and what was going on. So far I cannot have asked for better letting agents. Professional, polite, respectful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for managing your property. All I will end to say is thank you.

I didn’t get everything right over the process of selling my property but I did pick the right agent for the job. From achieving 7% over asking in a slow market to saving my drawn out sale due to my poor choice in solicitor. Im torn because i want to name two individuals at Entwistle Green for the in house bonus system. For the bonus purposes I would have to name Julie, she chased and chased both my and the buyers solicitor where they all seemed absent. Julie kept me updated throughout while my own solicitor was absent. I’m certain she saved my stalled sale.Your lovely agent D (not naming so i don’t complicate your bonus system) who did the initial valuation I would also like to personally thank, she has been an absolute star throughout and i’m so happy that she was involved in my sale. Thank you to the whole team. So many fees is this moving process but the one to Entwistle Green, I am happy to have paid.

I dealt with Lewis Booth and Carl Barnes for the purchase of my property in Bury and I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and communication throughout the purchase process. Lettings agent showed lack of basic understanding of credit matters or what even the credit check they were putting in place was looking into. Disclosed information without permission to a potential landlord of a property following on a basic question for advice and was borderline rude in tone and manor on the phone. Unless you're in the most basic run of the mill situation these folks are not looking to help or assist you in any way; would not recommend.
