What a Great experience working with Entwistle green, within 2 days of viewing the house we desperately wanted our offer was accepted. Our estate agent "Julie winkler" was amazing, she guided us through every step of our purchase and chased the solicitors each time we come to a stop. Me and my Mrs had a great experience with the team at Entwistle Green, when we met Martin at the property he had a warm, welcoming personality. Showing us around the property and explaining the features and open to answer any questions honestly. The communication and quick responses was what sealed the deal for us. how fast the team organised the admin, references, credit checks and all the magic behind the scenes. A massive thank you to Martin and Sydney for their professionalism and going the extra mile to make the experience as pain-free as possible. 10/10 you guys smashed it for us ! Everything sorted! After a stressful few weeks of trying to rent a property in the Bury/Radcliffe/Heywood area, having a property sold from under me and agreements falling through, I contacted the guys at Entwistle Green regarding one they had available. The only thing I can say is “oh my word”. Daniel has been absolutely fantastic all the way through, hugely accommodating especially given the fact I’m relocating from over 200+ miles away. To actually be spoken to as a person and on a personal basis as opposed to just a name and number on a sheet of viewings has been incredibly refreshing. I have normally avoided agencies for this reason but Daniel has been absolutely spot on every step of the way. He is a credit to this agency and his service and communication is absolutely top drawer. There are simply not enough stars to rate him with. Thank you again to Daniel and Entwistle Green for everything, somebody give that man a raise! I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone, best in the game from those I’ve dealt with at least! Thanks to Daniel, I can now look forward to completing my move back to the area and starting the job I have transferred into without too much hassle. 5*******

I recently sold my house in Radcliffe through Entwistle Green, Bury Branch. Unfortunately, the sale fell through on a number of occasions, through no fault of Entwistle Green. The team were very good at keeping the ball rolling, finding new buyers. Communications from the team were very good Julie, Lewis and all the team were very effective and always with a positive spin. Great customer service from Entwistle Green (bury) - my house application was completed in just a weeks time and I am now moving into my lovely new home. Can't fault Entwistle Green in Bury with what should have been a routine sale ended up taking 7 months to complete.Luckily for me I had Lewis Booth handling the transaction and without him I would of been in a mess as my buyer pulled out due to his financial advisor giving the buyer the wrong figures on the management fees for the development.Thanks to Lewis and his reactive response he managed to the SALVAGE the sale and was also a great "middle man" regarding the nightmare lease issue I had. Entwistle Green have been great throughout the marketing and sale of my late father's property, Julie progressed things in a calm and timely manner and was considerate throughout. Julie and the team have been a joy to be in contact with. I arranged three agent visits and valuations pre-marketing, but as soon as I met Demi on the first of the visits, I knew Entwistle Green was the agent we needed. Marketing happened swiftly with no bother and we achieved a sale within two weeks, at a superb price too.
