Our house sale went through in April this year and from beginning to end we were thoroughly impressed. Lewis was our agent and I can’t commend him enough. After contemplating a remortgage for a while and being unsure of how to go about it and to find the best deal I got advised to go see Yoni. Appointment was informative, Yoni made it all seem really easy and stress-free whilst being really friendly and helpful at the same time. I would stress to my friends and family and already have done if you ever need help with mortgages or insurance to go speak with him. We've recently bought a house with the help of Yonatan, the mortgage advisor based at Entwistle Green Bury. We went to him on a recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service to others - he was very friendly and knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand, which was a great help as it was our first time applying for a mortgage. Yonatan was always at the end of the phone/email if we needed him and regularly checked in to offer his help with the legal side of the process. We'll definitely be going back when it's time to review our mortgage!

Both Martin and Sydney are wonderful at their job. They both kept in contact with me throughout applying for renting a property and answered any questions I had. Their work was 10/10 and I highly recommend them! He made sure we knew what was needed at every step of the way, always responded to our calls and emails and explained everything so we could understand. After a disastrous 6 months with a previous estate agent, we went with Entwistle Green. Very reluctantly due to the previous one. We stated that we wanted some one to sell our house and not just be a receptionist for us. I gave a time limit of 28 days jokingly. However we sold within 7 days. Highly impressed with the service levels I have received on a regular basis from Martin and Sydney in Lettings. They are courteous and professional. They have been obliging to ensure things go to plan. They're happy to help when it's needed even if it is above and beyond the call of duty Overall their lettings and management is excellent and competitively priced too. I have also received excellent service with sales and valuations with Kelly & Demi. A great team.
