TrustpilotGreat Service, lovely team!
I have long found the job of buying domestic kerosene to be too complicated: none of the major suppliers seems to be able to say definitively WHEN they can deliver until you've actually committed to buying from them... and some cannot even do so then! Enter Crown Oils - swift response to online query, upbeat & polite ordering team, clear comms throughout (and 24 hour delivery) and efficient paperwork. Thanks Crown Oils (I'm busy telling all the local heating engineers about you!)

YellNot as good as website suggests
Contacted Crown Oil before 10:00 am. needed heating oil urgently as we had run out. Our normal supplier was cheaper but Crown promised delivery before 5:00pm. We called a plumber and asked that he make us his last call, he agreed but stated that would be 5:00 through to 6:00 pm. and we would have a call out fee. At 4:30 pm before the plumber arrived we chased Crown they advised the delivery would be with us around 5:00, the plumber came waited an hour and left leaving us with a bill. At 6:12 pm. the tanker driver called he would be with us soon and could we confirm precise address. (He was at that point on the correct road and hundred yards away from our driveway). Needless to say the plumber would not return until the following morning, and when he did he charged for the second call out. Crown are not interested in the fact they charged over £100 more for a small delivery. We advertise emergency response but we won't guarantee we will provide it! Avoid this company.

TrustpilotRed diesel
Spanish inquisition to try to buy red diesel for my farm equipment. Seems you have to jump through idiot hoops. Constantly had to chase up ryan to get more dumb questions, over and over. Breeding pigs for selling is obviously not farming. Waste of space avoid

YellFantastic Service
Fabulous service from this company. After moving into a property after moving from Northern Ireland to find no heating oil and unable to get any from other companies for 3 weeks. This company delivered the very next day for us when every other company didn’t care if we sat in a house with no heating for 3 weeks with 2 children. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you so much 😊

GooglePlaced order and paid for it. They then canceled the order claiming they do not cover the area even though I see their wagons come past my property sometimes.

YellDelivered the fuels we needed, top stuff
Can't fault them. With everything going on at the moment, our business has been really slow (gardening, tree felling, stump removal, etc) and only just began to pick up recently. We were low on red diesel and our usual supplier was no longer allowing local pickups. So we called crown oil and they were able to deliver our order directly to us. Top stuff.
