GoogleAmazing service from Crown Oil. We have ordered from them before. I rang late on Friday at 4.55 and im sure there were planning on going home but they patiently took my order. I thought to my self the next day I couldn’t recall saying my name or address so was a bit worried so rang first thing Monday am to check and the gentleman confirmed all was well . This was at 8.30.
Then my partner noticed that at 7.15 the oil had been delivered.
You can’t beat that for service.
Always friendly on the phone too.

GoogleI've recently moved into a property that has oil central heating without knowing the first thing about it but everyone at Crown Oil has been brilliant with helping answer my questions and get us up and running in time for the cold snap last year!
Courtney - my account manager - is always on hand to help and is lovely to chat to, as well as always getting the best price she can or giving advice on what the market trends are doing to help work out when to get my next delivery! She also helps me stay on top of my oil levels by phoning up when I'm likely to need a top up.
Paul was also brilliant when we needed a new tank as he helped us work out which the best type and size for our needs were.
I would highly recommend Crown Oil if you're needing oil in the future!

They clearly don't want new red diesel customers. I asked for a quote for red diesel for our farm. I was told that you can't have red diesel to maintain your agricultural land in your tractor and was asked what we produced- I started to explained what the farm produces and said that I could produce any necessary receipts. All of our activities fall within the government's accepted uses for agricultural diesel but this lady wasn't having it. I could have given her our agricultural holding number or explained further but I thought "What's the point? I'll go elsewhere".

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t had a good experience with us on this occasion.
Since the changes to red diesel entitlement we have unfortunately had to increase the amounts of checks required before we can supply rebated fuel. This protects both you as the customer and us as the supplier, as supplying incorrectly could result in hefty fines for both parties and we could lose our ability to supply rebated fuels moving forward.
We appreciate the extra questions and request for proof may be frustrating but hope you will appreciate that they are necessary.

I can’t rate them highly enough. I usually deal solely with Andy. I get a call to check my levels regular enough to feel supported but not so often that I feel pestered. I require a pickup truck delivery and they accommodate restricted access in the best way. I have used comparison sites only to be disappointed but Crown are always supportive and reliable. They earn your custom and Andy goes above and beyond (even with requests that he could pass on). I have collected and had delivery and both have been a delight. The delivery team are always on the ball and friendly. I am impressed every time. I have called for oil and had my tank filled the same day. Our usual supplier of Kerosene let us down so I contacted Crown Oil and organised a delivery of oil. Our boiler and tank was operating perfectly fine up until the delivery by Crown and within 1 day we had pure water, sludge and debris all through the feed lines, filters and burner pump causing damage to our boiler and called Crown to complain. We replaced the parts and bled through many liters of water and sludge and finally got boiler running only to break down again every other day as water built up in filters and pump.

Hi Mr Holden,
We take reports of contaminated fuel very seriously and can assure you that all steps were taken to ensure any water contamination was isolated to a defective tank. This included checking the vehicle used to deliver the fuel, any storage tanks at our depot, and any other deliveries completed by the same tanker that day. There were no further instances of contamination at any of these possible sources.
Upon inspection of your storage tank we identified several points of rain water ingress which were evidenced to you. We also took several samples from the top, middle, and bottom of your tank. The top samples (being from the most recent delivery) showed no signs of any water or contamination. The water and sludge were isolated to the bottom sample which were again evidenced on the photos that we have provided to you.
