We were very sorry to read about your dissatisfaction and that you found our service not to its usual high standards. I understand our Director Matt Baker had tried to make contact with you at the time to address your concerns but had no response. We hope that those reading our reviews will see that the majority are hugely positive and on this occasion there were circumstances beyond our control causing delays. As an organisation, we strive to provide a positive experience for all of our clients. Should you wish to discuss this any further, please do not hesitate to contact the office to speak with Matt. Kind regards.
