I could not recommend Monopoly enough. We sold our first house with these guys, which had proven rather difficult and a long drawn out process. The team were very helpful through and we managed to complete on the sale. Myself and partner are both extremely grateful. We will definitely be using Monopoly in the future.

Poor service considering I supplied the write up and photos during covid. Many houses selling yet no feedback or support for the silence on our property. I don't know whether there was interested parties or not, not even any advice to help promote the property. Even out of lockdown there was nothing. No offer to even take decent outside photos. Contacted them via email to no reply. When I phoned to take off the market there was no offer to aid or promote... still not had a response to them emails. I may sound bitter but I want someone to show some positivity when they are my selected property agent and wanting a grand for absolute minimum graft.NegativeResponsiveness

We used Monopoly to sell our house after two 'traditional' estate agents failed to get the job done. The Photographs they did were better than the previous ones we had paid extra for and Monopoly even helped with advice on buying a house that wasn't even advertised with them. Obviously I haven't had experience with every estate agent in the area but I cant see why anyone would use anyone else after the service we have had as well as the value for money. The people who bought our house even mentioned how impressed they were with the professional and pleasant way Monopoly arranged things over the phone.

We used Monopoly Buy Sell Rent earlier this year to sell one of our properties in Wrexham. The photographs and details looked superb and attracted a good offer within days. The valuation was 100% realistic and we were happy to accept an offer which was fairly close to the asking price. Communication from Monopoly was consistently good and the telephone always answered pleasantly and courteously. If you are looking for a hybrid estate agent offering a professional service at a very reasonable price, then I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Monopoly Buy Sell Rent.
